| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1)ศึกษาปัญหาการเลือกชำระค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าของผู้ใช้ กระแสไฟฟ้าโดยวิธีหักผ่านบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารในอำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่ (2) เปรียบเทียบปัญหา การเลือกชำระค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าของผู้ใช้กระแสไฟฟ้าโดยวิธีหักผ่านบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารในอำเภอ เด่นชัย ชังหวัดแพร่ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ใช้กระแสไฟฟ้าที่ชำระค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าด้วยตนเองที่ สำนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาอำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่ ในเดือน ก.ย.-พ.ย. 56 จำนวน 6,742 คน และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ จำนวน 378 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ในกรณีที่พบความแตกต่างทางสถิติจะใช้การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ (การจับคู่พหุคูณ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การเลือกชำระค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าของผู้ใช้กระแสไฟฟ้าโดยวิธีหักผ่านบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารในอำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่ ในภาพรวมมีปัญหาในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านระบบงานของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค ด้านระบบงานของธนาคารทุกด้านมีปัญหาในระดับมากเช่นกัน (2) กลุ่มผู้ใช้กระแสไฟฟ้าที่ชำระค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าด้วยตนเองที่ สำนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาอำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่ ที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ของครอบครัวต่อเดือน แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาแตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นผู้ที่มีเพศ สถานที่ที่ใช้ไฟฟ้า(ตำบล) แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study problems of paying electricity bill through bank accounting in Den Chai District, Phrae Province; and (2) to compare problems of paying electricity bill through bank accounting in Den Chai district, Phrae province, by personal factor of electricity users. The population of this study was 6,742 electricity users who paid electricity bill at the office of Provincial Electricity Den Chai District branch, Phrae Province in September, October and November 2013 and 378 of them were randomized by accidental sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and least significant difference. The results showed that (1) problems of paying electricity bill through bank accounting in Den Chai District, Phrae Province were at high level. Considering by aspect, it was found that problems in work system of electricity office and bank aspects were at high level too; (2) electricity users with different age, educational level, occupation and monthly income had different problems of paying electricity bill through bank accounting in Den Chai District, Phrae Province at 0.05 statistically significant level. While electricity users with different gender and location had no different problems of paying electricity bill through bank accounting in Den Chai District, Phrae Province. | en_US |
