| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเอง ของพนักงานบริษัท เทสท์เทค จำกัด (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยจูงใจที่มีผลต่อความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของ พนักงานบริษัท เทสท์เทค จำกัด (3) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของพนักงานบริษัท เทสท์ เทค จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานบริษัท เทสท์ เทค จำกัด จำนวน 90 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการคำนวณจากสูตรของยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 75 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของพนักงานบริษัท เทสท์ เทค จำกัด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยจูงใจที่มีผลต่อความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของพนักงาน บริษัท เทสท์เทค จำกัด พบว่า ความสำเร็จในงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการในการพัฒนา ตนเองของพนักงาน ในระดับปานกลาง โดยปัจจัยจูงใจด้านลักษณะงาน การเป็นที่ยอมรับนับถือ และความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งงานไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของพนักงาน (3) การเปรียบเทียบระหว่างปัจจัยบุคคลกับความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของพนักงานบริษัท เทสท์ เทค จำกัด พบว่าพนักงานที่มีด้านระดับรายได้ต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกันมีความต้องการพัฒนาตนเอง แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the level of needs for self-development of employees at Test Tech Company Limited; (2) to study motivating factors affecting needs for self-development of employees at Test Tech Company Limited; and (3) to compare personal factors affecting needs for self-development of employees at Test Tech Company Limited. This study was a survey research. The population in this study was 90 employees at Test Tech Company Limited via Yamane calulation. The sample group consisted of 75 employees. The study tool was a constructed questionnaire and statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard division, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that 1) the level of needs for self-development of employees was overall at a high level high; 2) motivating factors affecting needs for self-development of employees at Test Tech Company Limited shown that work achievement was related to needs for self-development of employee at moderate level, while characteristic of work, acknowledgement of work and progress in work career were not related to needs for self-development of employees; 3) the comparing results between personal factors and needs for self-development of employees revealed that different personal factors were not differently related to needs for self-development of employees, except for the level of monthly income which statistically significant at the 0.05 level. | en_US |
