| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เพื่อ(1)ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการโรงงานผลิต นํ้ายางข้นในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ (2) ประเมินความคุ้มค่าต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนโครงการ โรงงานผลิตนํ้ายางข้นในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ รูปแบบการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประยุกต์โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที่ รวบรวมมาจากองค์กรภาครัฐบาล ภาคเอกชนและจากงานวิจัยต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องนำมาวิเคราะห์ ประมวลผลและศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการตลาด ด้านการผลิต ด้านการบริหาร และ ด้านการเงิน โดยประเมินความคุ้มค่าของโครงการด้วยวิธีระยะเวลาคืนทุน มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ อัตรา ผลตอบแทนของโครงการ อัตราผลตอบแทนต่อต้นทุน และการวิเคราะห์ความไว ภายใต้สมมติฐานการ ยอมรับโครงการการลงทุนที่อัตราผลตอบแทนการลงทุนมากกว่าร้อยละ 9 การวิเคราะห์ด้านการเงิน จากผลการวิเคราะห์ด้านการตลาด ด้านการผลิต และด้านการบริหาร โครงการโรงงานผลิตนํ้ายางข้นในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ พบว่า (1) โครงการใช้เงินลงทุน ทั้งสิ้น 218,483,627 บาท จำแนกออกเป็นเงินลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ถาวร 46,112,000 บาท ค่าใช้จ่ายก่อน ดำเนินงาน 990,000 บาท และเงินทุนหมุนเวียนสุทธิ 171,381,627 บาท (2) โครงการไม่มี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study was to (1) study the feasibility of Concentrated Latex Factory at PrachuapKhiri Khan province (2) to assess the value for the investment decisions of Concentrated Latex Factory at PrachuapKhiri Khan province. Research methodology focused on secondary data analysis collected from government, private sector organizations and research. The analytical process and feasibility studies concentrated on four business functions including marketing, production, management and finance. Estimated value of the project with a payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, Benefit-Cost Ratio and sensitivity analysis. Under the assumption that the investment rate of return on investment of more than 9 percent. Financial analysis from analysis of the marketing, produce and management of Concentrated Latex Factory at PrachuapKhiri Khan province.
