| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การดำเนินการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี (2) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่พนักงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 1,154 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 297 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสัดส่วนเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การดำเนินการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ และด้านการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการดำเนินยุทธศาสตร์ และด้านการประเมินยุทธศาสตร์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วม ภาวะผู้นำแบบสนับสนุน ภาวะผู้นำแบบมุ่งเน้นความสำเร็จ และภาวะผู้นำแบบบงการอยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับ (3) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับค่อนข้างสูงกับการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to study (1) the implementation of strategic management of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Suphanburi Province (2) the executive leadership of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Sup-hanburi Province (3) the relation relationship between executive leadership and strategic management of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Suphanburi Province. This research was a survey research. Population was 1,154 employees of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Suphanburi Province for. Samples were 297 employees determined by stratified random sampling. Questionnaire was used as research tool. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and Pearson moment correlation coefficient. The research results revealed that (1) an overall image of strategic management implementation of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Suphanburi Province was at moderate level. Considering each aspect, it was found that situation analysis and strategic formulation aspects were at high level, whereas, strategy implementation and strategic assessment aspects were at moderate level (2) an overall image of executive leadership of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Suphanburi Province was at high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that all 4 aspects of executive leadership namely; participatory leadership, supportive leadership, result-based leadership and commanded leadership were at high level, respectively (3) the relationship between executive leadership and strategic management in Sub-district Administrative Organization in Suphanburi Province had highly positive correlation with statistical significance at 0.05 level. | en_US |
