| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้สวนสาธารณะในกรุงเทพมหานคร ของผู้บริโภค (2) วัดระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภค ที่มีต่อสวนสาธารณะในกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (3) ศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ของผู้บริโภค ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการใช้สวน สาธารณะในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริโภคที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 15 ปีขึ้นไปที่เข้ามาใช้บริการสวนสาธารณะใน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 5 แห่ง คือ สวนลุมพินี สวนจตุจักร สวนรถไฟ สวนสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ และสวน หลวง ร.9 ในวันธรรมดาและวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ รวม 600 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมกรมมาใช้บริการ ความพึงพอใจด้านสภาพแวดด้อม ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านความ สะอาด ด้านความปลอดภัย และปัญหาในการใช้บริการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่า เฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยวิธี t-test F-test และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ (Scheffe’s test) โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป SPSS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริโภคที่มาใช้บริการสวนสาธารณะในกรุงเทพมหานคร ส่วนมาก เป็นเพศ หญิง อายุ 20-40 ปี สถานภาพโสด ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นใป อาซีพพน้กงานบริษท/ห้างร้าน มีรายได้ 10,001-20,000 บาท/เดือน ลักษณะที่พักอาศัยเป็นบ้านเดี่ยว/บ้านจัดสรร มาใช้ปริการเพี่อพักผ่อนหย่อนใจกับ ครอบครัวโดยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว ในวันหยุดช่วงเวลาเย็น ระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการใช้บริการ 1-2 ชั่วโมง/ครั้ง ความถี่ใน การมานานๆ ครั้ง ค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้บริการ 0-100 บาท/ครั้ง (2) ผู้บริโภคที่มาใช้บริการสวนสาธารณะ มีความ พึงพอใจต่อบริการของสวนลาธารณะรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยสวนหลวง ร.9 ได้รับความพึงพอใจ มากในด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านความสะอาด ส่วนสวนสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ ได้ รับความพึงพอใจมากในด้านความปลอดภัย (3) ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ ความพึงพอใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่อายุ สถานภาพสมรส อาชีพ ลักษณะที่พักอาศัย ส่วน ปัจจัยที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ ได้แก่ เพศ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และ (4) ปัญหาในการใช้บริการสวนสาธารณะรวม ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สวนรถไฟควรปรับปรุงทุกด้าน สวนลุมพีนีควรปรับปรุงด้านสภาพแวดล้อม โดย เพี่มต้นไม้ใหญ่ๆ จัดให้มีไม้ดอกหลากหลายชนิดและดูแลตัดแต่งสวนให้สวยงามอยู่เสมอ ประตูเข้าออกไม่ สะดวก สวนจตุจักรและสวนสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ฯ ควรปรับปรุงด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและด้านความ สะอาด โดยเพิ่มด้านสาธารณูปโภคให้มากขึ้นและเน้นการรักษาความสะอาดทุกจุด สวนหลวง ร.9 ควรปรับ ปรุงด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก โดยเพิ่มด้านสาธารณูปโภคให้มากขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were as follows: (1) to study the consumers in the use of public parks in Bangkok; (2) to evaluate satisfaction towards the use of public parks; and (3) to study the association between demographic characteristics with satisfaction towards the use of public parks. The study samples included 600 consumers aged above 15 who regularly used public parks in Bangkok. Five public parks under study including Lumpini Park, Chatuchak Park, Rotfai Park, Queen Sirikit Park and Suan Luang Rama IX Park could be accessed by consumers everyday. The questionaire developed by the researcher composed of 4 major sections regarding the five parts: environment, convenience, sanitary, security and general problems. Data was analyzed by SPSS. Descreptive information was presented in terms of percentage, mean and standard deviation. Comparisions among different sub-groups were done by performing t-test, F-test, and Scheffe’s test. The results were as follows: (1) Most of consumers who visited public parks were females, single, aged 20-40 years, educated at undergraduate level or above. They were employees with salary of 10,001-20,000 baht per month, lived in single houses or ready-made houses. They usually drove their own cars to the public parks for relaxation with their families in the evening of weekends and holidays for 1 -2 hours. They spent 0-100 baht per visit: (2) Consumers who used the public parks were satisfied with park services at the medium level. High levels of satisfaction for Suan Luang Rama IX Park were shown in the environment, convenience and sanitary while for Queen Sirikit Park were in security: (3) Regarding the association of personal characteristics and satisfaction levels, the factors found significantly different were age, marital status, career and residence; whereas sex, education level and income were not statistically different: (4) In general, the problems in the use of public parks were rated at medium level. It is suggested that Rotfai Park should be improved in every aspects. Lumpini Park should be improved in its environment like growing more big trees, and introducing various kinds of flower trees; the park should be well kept; shops shouldn’t be located at the entrance. Chatuchak Park and Queen Sirikit Park should increase public utilities and cleanliness in the whole area.
