| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับข้อกาหนดด้าน ISO และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (ISO 9001:2008) ของ บริษัทโซเด นากาโน (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด (2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดด้าน ISO ที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (ISO 9001:2008) ของบริษัท โซเด นากาโน (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือพนักงานบริษัทโซเด นากาโน (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด จำนวน 120 คน ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้บริหาร กลุ่มหัวหน้างาน กลุ่มพนักงานปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มลูกค้า และกลุ่มผู้ขายวัตถุดิบ กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 92 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.961 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุอยูในช่วง 21-30 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส/อนุปริญญาหรือเทียบเท่า มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอยู่ในช่วง 5 ปี ขึ้นไป มีตำแหน่งงานอยู่ในกลุ่ม พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการหรือต่ำกว่า ในหน่วยงานฝ่ายผลิต รายได้โดยเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ระหว่าง 10,001-20,000 บาท พนักงานส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกบข้อกำหนด ISO 9001:2008 อยูในระดับมากที่สุด ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ในภาพรวมทั้ง 7 ด้าน อยูในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านแล้วพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลสำเร็จด้านความมุ่งมั่นและการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหารอยูในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาด้านหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบในระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (ISO) และอันดับสามด้านประสบการณ์ของบุคลากรในองค์การ (2) การศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อระดับความสำเร็จในการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (ISO 9001:2008) ของบริษัท โซเด นากาโน (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ด้าน เพศ อายุ การศึกษา ประสบการณ์ และรายได้ ที่แตกต่างกัน ไม่ส่งผลต่อระดับความสำเร็จในการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (ISO 9001:2008) แต่ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านตำแหน่งงาน และด้านหน่วยงานที่สังกด ที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อระดับความสำเร็จ ในการจัดทำระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (ISO 9001:2008) ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำร็จการจัดทำระบบบริหาร | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this Independent study were : (1) to study the factors affecting the success of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) of Soode Nagano (Thailand) Company Limited; and (2) to compare the factors affecting the Success of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) of Soode Nagano (Thailand) Company Limited by personal characteristics and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 requirements. The population of this study were 120 employees in top management group , supervisor group, operator group, customer group and supplier group of Soode Nagano (Thailand) Company Limited. The sample size were 92 employees determined by using Taro Yamane’s formula. The questionnaire was used to collect data with the reliability values of 0.961. The statistics that used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and least significant difference. The Independent study found that: (1) the most employees were male, 21-30 years of age , vocational / diploma or equivalent degree, at least 5 years experience , operational level and lower in production department and 10,001- 20,000 baht income per month. The employees had the knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2008 requirements at the highest level. The factors affecting the success of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) of Soode Nagano (Thailand) Co., Ltd. were at the highest level in overall. When considering in each aspect, it was found that the management commitment and support was the highest followed by the Quality Management System (ISO) department and the experience of personnel; (2) the employees with different gender, age, education, experience and income were not affected the success of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008), while the employees with different position and department were affected the success of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) with statistically significant difference at .05 level. | en_US |
