| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากร บริษัท สีมาธุรกิจ จำกัด (2) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากรบริษัท สีมาธุรกิจ จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยด้านประชากร และ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยจูงใจในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการ ทำงานของบุคลากรบริษัท สีมาธุรกิจ จำกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือบุคลากรของบริษัท สีมาธุรกิจ จำกัด จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 215 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการคำนวณได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 140 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบชั้นภูมิและสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) บุคลากรของบริษัท สีมาธุรกิจ จำกัด มีประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง ลำดับแรกคือ ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย รองลงมาคือด้านปริมาณงาน ด้านคุณภาพ และด้านเวลา ตามลำดับ (2) บุคลากรบริษัท สีมาธุรกิจ จำกัด ที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพ เงินเดือน และอายุการทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีประสิทธิภาพการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน และ (3) ปัจจัยจูงใจในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ การทำงานของบุคลากรบริษัท สีมาธุรกิจ จำกัด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ปัจจัย ด้านโอกาสที่จะเติบโตและก้าวหน้า และด้านสภาพการทำงาน ซึ่งทำนายประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ได้ร้อยละ 11 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study level of performance efficiency of personnel in Simathurakij Company Limited; (2) to compare the performance efficiency of personnel by demographic factors; and (3) to study the work motivation factors affecting performance efficiency of personnel in Simathurakij Company Limited. The population was 215 personnel who worked in Simathurakij Company Limited and 140 of them were randomized by stratified and simple random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) the overall level of performance efficiency of personnel in Simathurakij Company Limited was at high level. Considering by aspect, it was found that all aspects were at high level which expense was the first aspect followed by quantity, quality and time aspects, respectively; (2) personnel with different gender, age, educational level, marital status, salary and length of employment had no different performance efficiency; and (3) the work motivation factors affecting performance efficiency of personnel in Simathurakij Company Limited were the possibility of growth and advancement, and the working condition which predicted performance efficiency at 11%. | en_US |
