| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี (2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยประชากรที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ในตำบลหนองไผ่ อำเภอด่านมะขามเตี้ย จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยมีประชากรทั้งสิ้น 3,991 คน โดยใช้การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 200 คน มาจากการคัดเลือกประชากรในตำบลหนองไผ่ แบ่งตามหมู่บ้านดังนี้ 1. หมู่ที่ 1 จำนวน 33 คน 2. หมู่ที่ 2 จำนวน 33 คน 3. หมู่ที่ 3 จำนวน 35 คน 4.หมู่ที่ 4 จำนวน 33 คน 5. หมู่ที่ 5 จำนวน 33 คน 6. หมู่ที่ 6 จำนวน 33 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทำการทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ ทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์การดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่ อำเภอด่านมะขามเตี้ย จังหวัดกาญจนบุรีโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยการดำเนินงาน พบว่า ปัจจัยในด้าน ด้านการนำองค์กร ด้านการวางแผนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ด้านการให้ความสำคัญกับผู้รับบริการและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ด้านการวัด การวิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้ ด้านการมุ่งเน้นบุคลากรและด้านการมุ่งเน้นระบบปฏิบัติการ มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) แนวทางในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี พบว่า ผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพผลสัมฤทธิ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี พนักงานส่วนตำบล ลูกจ้างประจำ และพนักงานจ้างที่ได้รับการพัฒนาศักยภาพให้เกิดความรู้และเข้าในองค์กรและระบบงานก่อให้เกิดการบริการที่ดีแก่ประชาชน นอกจากนี้ควรส่งเสริมให้กับประชาชนในท้องถิ่นและภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ให้เกิดความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the level of achievement in the performance of the Nong Phai Sub-district Administrative Organization in Kanchanaburi province (2) to study factors relating to the achievement of Nong Phai Sub-district Administrative Organization in Kanchanaburi province and, (3) to propose a guideline for the development of operations of the Nong Phai Sub-district Administrative Organization in Kanchanaburi province. This research was a survey study by examining the 3,991 population living in the area of Nong Phai Sub-district, Dan Makham Tia District, Kanchanaburi Province. The 200 participants were selected by a purposive sampling method of screening population in Nong Phai Sub-District divided by villages as follows: (1) 33 people from village number 1, (2) 33 people from village number 2, (3) 35 people from village number 3, (4) 33 people from village number 4, (5) 33 people from village number 5, and (6) 33 people from village number 6. The questionnaire was used as a research tool. The data were analyzed using statistics; that is, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The Scheffe’s method and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used to conduct t-test, F-test, and compare pairs. The results showed that (1) the achievement level of the Nong Phai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Dan Makham Tia District, Kanchanaburi province was overall at a high level (2) Operational factors; that is, Leading, strategic planning, customer and staking holders focusing, knowledge measuring, analyzing and managing, personnel focusing and operarion focus, had a positive correlation with the operational achievment of the Nong Phai Sub-district Administrative Organization. Kanchanaburi province with statistical significance at level 0.05 and (3) guidelines for the development of operations of Nong Phai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Kanchanaburi Province is the administrator has influences on the improvement of the organization. The upskilled District employees, permanent and temporary employees can deliver good public services to people.
