| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ประกันตนและปัจจัยทั่วไปของ โรงพยาบาลตามโครงการประกันสังคมในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา (2) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตน ต่อบริการทางการแพทย์ของสถานพยาบาลตามโครงการประกันสังคมในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา (3) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตนต่อบริการทางการแพทย์ของสถานพยาบาลตามโครงการประกันสังคมในจังหวัด พระนครศรีอยุธยา (4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ประกันและปัจจัยทั่วไปของโรงพยาบาลกับ ความพึงพอใจต่อบริการทางการแพทย์ของสถานพยาบาลตามโครงการประกันสังคมในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา การวิจัยในครั้งนี่เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยทำการสอบถามผ่านแบบสอบถามจากกสุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่ง เป็นผู้ประกันตนที่มารับบริการกับสถานพยาบาลตามโครงการประกันสังคมในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 400 คน จากผลการสำรวจได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค 0.961 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนโดยใช้ การทดสอบที การทดสอบแบบเอฟ่และวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS ในการประมวลผล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ประกันตนส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงที่สมรสแล้ว อายุอยู่ระหว่าง 30-34 ปี ระดับการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. มีรายได้อยู่ระหว่าง 5,000-10,000 บาทและจำนวนครั้งในการเข้ารับ บริการอยู่ที่ 1 ครั้ง โดยผู้ประกันตนส่วนใหญ่ข้าเลือกรับบริการกับโรงพยาบาลทั่วไปที่มีจำนวนบุคลากรตั้งแต่ 100-200 คนและมจำนวนเตียงตั้งแต่ 100-200 เตียง (2) จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตนต่อบริการ ทางการแพทย์พบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (3) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตนต่อบริการทางการแพทย์ ของสถานพยาบาลตามโครงการประกันสังคมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา พบว่า ระดับการศึกษา รายได้และตำแหน่งงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อบริการทางการแพทย์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.05) (4) การวิเคราะห์ ความสัมพนธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ประกันตนและปัจจัยทั่วไปของโรงพยาบาลพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ของผู้ประกันตนได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้และตำแหน่งงานพบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับความ พึงพอใจต่อบริการ ทางการแพทย์ของสถานพยาบาลตามโครงการประกันสังคมในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.05) และปัจจัยทั่วไปของโรงพยาบาลได้แก่ จำนวนเตียงของโรงพยาบาล พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับ ความพึงพอใจต่อบริการทางการแพทย์ของสถานพยาบาลตามโครงการประกันสังคมในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.05) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study the demographic factors of insured persons and general factors of hospitals under the Social Security Project in Ayutthaya Province;(2) to study the level of insured persons’ satisfaction towards medical services of hospitals under the Social Security Project in Ayutthaya province; (3) to compare the insured persons’ satisfaction towards medical services of hospitals under the Social Security Project in Ayutthaya Province; and(4) to study the relationship between demographic factors and general factors of hospitals which affect the insured persons’ satisfaction towards medical services of hospitals under the Social Security Project in Ayutthaya Province. This research used the survey research method and used questionnaires to interview 400 respondents from various insured persons of the hospitals under the Social Security Project in Ayutthaya Province. Reliability of the questionnaire was acceptable (Conbach’s Alpha Coefficient =0.961). Data was analyzed by using the program SPSS for Windows to calculate percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, F-test (One-Way Anova) and Scheffe’s Method. The research findings showed that (1) The majority of respondents were married females , aged between 30-34 years. Most of them had an education level of high school or vocational education and received income of 5,000-10,000 baht per month. The frequency of using the hospital service was only 1 time on average. Most of the respondents selected hospitals with size of 100-200 staffs and 100-200 beds. (2) The insured persons’ satisfaction level with the medical service of hospitals under the Social Security Project in Ayutthaya Province was moderate. (3) The comparison among all of the factors found that the education level, income and position were significantly different (P<0.05). (4) When considered on the relationship between the personal background of insured persons and general factors of hospitals and the insured persons’ satisfaction towards medical services of hospitals under the Social Security Project in Ayutthaya Province, it was found that the personal background in education, income and position related to the satisfaction of services have significantly different variations at the 0.05 level and the general factors of hospitals in quantity of beds related to the satisfaction of services have a significantly different variation at the 0.05 level | en_US |
