| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนโรงเรียนทหารขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทหารบก และ (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนโรงเรียนทหารขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทหารบก การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นข้าราชการ นายทหารชั้นประทวนโรงเรียนทหารขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทหารบก จำนวน 125 นาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวน โรงเรียนทหารขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทหารบก ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความสมดุลของชีวิตในการทำงาน รองลงมาได้แก่ ประชาธิปไตยในหน่วยงาน และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ค่าตอบแทนที่เพียงพอและยุติธรรม (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพ ชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนโรงเรียนทหารขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทหารบก พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านอายุสถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ระดับชั้นยศ ระยะเวลารับราชการ และรายได้ต่อเดือน มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนโรงเรียนทหารขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทหารบก ไม่แตกต่างกนที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานในเรื่อง เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยด้านลักษณะงานมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของ ข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนโรงเรียนทหารขนส่ง กรมการขนส่งทหารบก และมีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the level of the quality of work life (QOL) and (2) factors affecting QOL of non-commissioned military officers in Army Transportation School, Department of Army Transportation. The design was a quantity research. The population was 125 non commissioned military officers in Army Transportation School, Department of Army Transportation. The data were collected by a questionnaire. The statistics used in analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA, Pearson ' s Correlation Coefficient. The results from the research were that: (1) the perceived level of QOL among non-commissioned military officers in Army Transportation School, Department of Army Transportation was at the high level. When each factor relating to their work life quality was analyzed, the total life space was the highest level followed by democracy in organization and the lowest level was adequate and fair compensation; and (2) additionally, the personal factor affecting QOL among non-commissioned military officers in Army Transportation School, Department of Army Transportation found that age, marital status, education level, rank class of position, number of work year, and monthly income had the same. The results of hypotheses testing of factor affecting quality of work life among non-commissioned military officers in Army Transportation School, Department of Army Transportation was at the high level and they had high positive value with work life quality with the statististical significant level of 0.05. | en_US |
