| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะด้านการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาสุขภาพประชาชน และ (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ลักษณะการทำงานกับความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะด้านการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาสุขภาพประชาชนของหัวหน้าสถานีอนามัย ประชากรในการวิจัย คือ หัวหน้าสถานีอนามัยที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานีอนามัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 225 คน ทำการศึกษาทุกหน่วยของประชากร เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สำหรับส่วนที่ให้หัวหน้าสถานีอนามัยทำการประเมินตนเองในความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะด้านการบริหารเชิงกลุยุทธ์ มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.957 การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดำเนินการโดยการประสานงานกับสาธารณสุขอำเภอ การประมวลผลและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทำโดย แสดงการพรรณนาข้อมูลด้วยร้อยละ ค่ากลาง และค่าการกระจายของข้อมูล แสดงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรที่ศึกษาด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) หัวหน้าสถานีอนามัยประเมินตนเองว่ามีความรู้และทักษะด้านการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีเจตคติด้านการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูงยกเว้นประเด็นการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ต้องใช้เวลามากและทำให้รู้สึกเบื่อหน่าย และมีขั้นตอนมากจึงควรเป็นบทบาทหน้าที่ของผู้บริหาร และ (2) ตัวแปร เพศ อายุ และรายได้ต่อเดือน มีความสัมพันธ์กับทักษะด้านการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ การศึกษาต่อเนื่องมีความสัมพันธ์กับทักษะด้านการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ประเภทตำแหน่งมีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้และเจตคติด้านการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของหัวหน้าสถานีอนามัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการวิจัยคือ สนับสนุนการศึกษาต่อเนื่อง และพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะในการวิเคราะห์องค์กรแค่หัวหน้าสถานีอนามัยโดยใช้เครื่องมือที่มีประสิทธิผล | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this survey research were to study: (1) levels of strategic management knowledge, attitude, and skills for population health development; and (2) relationships between personal characteristics and work manner, with strategic management knowledge, attitude, and skills of health center chiefs for population health development in Buri Rum province. The population in the study was 225 health center chiefs, working at health centers in Buri Rum province. A research tool was a self-assessment rating scale questionnaire of strategic management knowledge, attitude, and skills for the health center chiefs. A reliability of the questionnaire was verified, with its coefficient of 0.957. Data collection was performed through a co-ordination with district health offices. The data were analyzed as percentage, mean, and data dispersion. Pearson’s correlation coefficients and Chi-square test were used to test relationships among variables. The findings of this research were that: (1) the result of self-assessment regarding overall strategic management knowledge and skills among the health center chiefs was at the moderate level. Overall strategic management attitude was at the high level, except for the strategic planning issue that the chiefs reported boredom due to time consumption and its complexity; and (2) variables of sex, age, monthly income and continuing education related to strategic management skills, while position related to strategic management knowledge and attitude of the health center chiefs, with statistical significances at the confidence levels of 95 %.
