| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินความพร้อมด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของ โครงการ (2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการดำเนินงานโครงการและ (3) ประเมินประสิทธิผลของโครงการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยคณะครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา 15 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 9 คน และนักเรียน 108 คน รวม 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบบันทึกข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความพร้อมด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของโครงการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าข้อที่มีความเหมาะสมโดยเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ งบประมาณสนับสนุนโครงการในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน (2) ประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการดำเนินงานโครงการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า ข้อที่มีความเหมาะสมโดยเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ การมีส่วนร่วมของนักเรียนในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมขณะเรียนด้วยระบบทางไกล รองลงมาคือ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นนักเรียนเป็นสำคัญและ (3) ประสิทธิผลโครงการพบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนขั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปี 2553 ส่วนใหญ่จะสูงกว่าของเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลาเขต 1 วิชาสังคม ศาสนา และ วัฒนธรรม ศิลปะและการงานอาชีพ ที่มีคะแนนต่ำกว่า และนักเรียน ครู และกรรมการ สถานศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to: (1) evaluate the readiness of initial factors of the project; (2) evaluate the process of the implementation of the project; and (3) evaluate the outputs of the programme. The samples were 15 teachers, 9 school-boards members, 108 students in the program. The five-rating questionnaire was used as instrument to gain information concerned with the initial factors, process and outputs. The data were analyzed by using the statistical calculation of mean percentage, average point, and standard deviation. The results revealed that: (1) the overall picture of the project inputs evaluation was considered at a high level. The budgets supporting the instructional management was considered as the most appropriate factor (2) the efficiency of the project process was at the high level in which the students participation in distance learning was the most appropriate process, and (3) the overall picture of project outputs was at the high level. The most satisfaction was the reputation of the school and the numbers of other schools visiting school was higher. Moreover, the students’ achievement was higher. | en_US |
