| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางนบ อำเภอหัวไทร จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางนบ อำเภอหัวไทร จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางนบ อำเภอหัวไทร จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรได้แก่ผู้แทนครัวเรือนในพื้นองค์การ บริหารส่วนตำบลบางนบ อำเภอหัวไทร จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 539 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 226 คนคำนวณจากสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหาร ส่วนตำบลบางนบ อำเภอหัวไทร จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดได้แก่ ด้านการเมืองและการบริหาร ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดได้แก่ ด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม (2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชน จำแนกตาม ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ผู้ที่มีเพศและ อายุ แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้ที่มีระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีความเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ข้อเสนอแนะที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลควรให้ความสนใจการ ดูแลทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมให้มากขึ้นโดยเฉพาะการรักษาแหล่งน้ำธรรมชาติ รวมทั้ง จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อรณรงค์ให้ประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม นอกจากนั้นควรเร่งรัดพัฒนาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน โดยจัดให้มีถนนคอนกรีตหรือถนนลาดยางในทุกหมู่บ้านดูแลไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างตามแนวถนน และจัดให้มีน้ำประปาใช้ในทุกครัวเรือน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to (1) study people’s opinions on the performance of Bang-Nop Sub-District Administrative Organization, Hua-Sai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province (2) compare people’s opinions on the performance of Bang-Nop Sub-District Administrative Organization, Hua-Sai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province (3) recommend appropriate guidelines to improve the performance of Bang-Nop Sub-District Administrative Organization, Hua-Sai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. This study was a survey research. Population consisted of 539 households’ representatives in the area studied from which 226 samples were drawn via Taro Yamane calculation. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. Research results revealed that (1) people’s opinions on the performance of Bang-Nop Sub-District Administrative Organization, Hua-Sai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province were at high level, with the highest mean on politics and administration aspect and the lowest mean on natural resource and environment aspect (2) when compared the opinions classified by personal factors, it was found that people with different age and gender did not have different opinions while people with different level of education, occupation, and income per month had different opinions with 0.05 level of statistical significance (3) major recommendations were the organization should pay more attention on the management of natural resource and environment particularly the protection of natural source of water, together with the initiation of environmental protection program that local people could participate; moreover, there should be more development of infrastructure in need: all villages should be provided with concrete or asphalt roads with street lights, also, tap water should be supplied to all households in the area. | en_US |
