| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอกล้ำ อำเภอปทุมรัตต์ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด (2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอกล้ำโดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านสังคมกับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนา ท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอกล้ำ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ประชาชนที่เป็นตัวแทนครัวเรือนมีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปี ขึ้นไปและ มีรายชื่ออยู่ในทะเบียนบ้านในเขตตำบลดอกล้ำ อำเภอปทุมรัตต์ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด จำนวน 5,943 คน โดยใช้ ขนาดตัวอย่าง จำนวน 391 คน วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบ ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการเปิด ตารางของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ประชากรมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การ บริหารส่วนตำบลดอกล้ำ โดยภาพรวมจะอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้านพบว่า ด้านร่วมคิดร่วมตัดสินใจ และด้านร่วมดำเนินการร่วมปฎิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านร่วมรับประโยชน์และร่วมติดตามและด้านร่วมเสนอแนะอยู่ในระดับน้อย (2) ประชาชนที่มี อายุ อาชีพ สถานภาพ และตำแหน่งในชุมชนต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอกล้ำ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ปัจจัยด้านสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to : (1) study the participation of people in local development planning of Doklam Sub-district Administrative Organization, Pathumrat District, Roi – Et Province (2) compare the participation of people in Doklam Sub-district Administrative Organization classified by personal factors (3) study the relation between social factors and people’s participation in local development planning of Doklam Sub-district Administrative Organization. Population comprised 5,943 people over 18 years of age in the villages of Doklam Sub-district Administrative Organization, Pathumrat District, Roi – Et Province, from which 391 samples were drawn via Yamane calculation. Systematic random sampling was applied. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical toole employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation ANOVA and Pearson Correlation. The results showed that (1) the participation of people in local development planning of Doklam Sub-didtrict Administrative Organization was at medium level, with medium level in decision making and operation aspects, and lowest level in benefit received and monitoring and recommendations (2) differences were found among participation of those with different ages, education levels, occupations, marital status, and social positions with 0.05 level of statistical significance (3) relation was found between social factors and people’s participation in local development planning | en_US |
