| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการให้บริการสาธารณะอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สายของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แจ่ม (2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการให้บริการสาธารณะ อินเตอร์เน็ตไร้สายของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แจ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชาชนผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สายของเทศบาลตำบล แม่แจ่ม จำนวน 160 คน และ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้เกี่ยวข้องด้านอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สายในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแม่แจ่ม จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัญหาในการให้บริการสาธารณะอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย คือ ปัญหา ด้านคุณภาพสัญญาณ เป็นปัญหาของการเชื่อมต่อสัญญาณติดช้า สัญญาณอ่อน และสัญญาณ ไม่ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ในเขตเทศบาล ปัญหาด้านอุปกรณ์ในการเชื่อมต่อ ประสิทธิภาพของเครื่อง สัญญาณต่ำ ปัญหาด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ ได้แก่ ขาดเจ้าหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบในการรับแจ้งปัญหา และแกไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย ปัญหาด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ขาดการพัฒนาปรับปรุงระบบการให้บริการให้มีความทันสมัย (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการให้บริการ สาธารณะอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย ที่สำคัญคือ ด้านคุณภาพของสัญญาณ ควรเพิ่มความแรงของสัญญาณ ควรเพิ่มจุดปล่อยสัญญาณครอบคลุมและทั่วถึงพื้นที่ในเขตเทศบาล และควรเปลี่ยนระบบจากเดิม ใช้ระบบเอดีเอสแอล เป็นระบบลีสไลน์ ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ ควรจัดให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่รับผิดชอบโดยตรงในการให้บริการสาธารณะอินเทอร์ เน็ตไร้สายโดยเฉพาะ และด้าน กระบวนการให้บริการ ควรมีการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบการให้บริการให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to (1) study problems of providing Wi-Fi public services of Maechaem Municipality (2) propose development guidelines for Wi-Fi public services of Maechaem Municipality. Samples consisted of 160 people using Wi-Fi, 10 experts and those involved with internet in Maechaem Municipality area. Instrument used were questionnaire and structured interview. Statistical tools employed included frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that (1) the problems of providing Wi-Fi public service were : problem in quality of signals due to slow signel connection together with weak signal and the under coverage of signal in the area; problem in connecting equipment due to low efficiency of transmitter; problem of lacking of system administrators to notify and solve application problems; problem in service process: there was no improvement and no update of services delivered (2) development guidelines of Wi-Fi public service were: as for quality of the signal: signal strength should be increased together with the increase of hot spot signal to cover the entirel area of Maechaem Municipality, ADSL system should be employed to Leased Line system; as for problem of system administrators: there should be qualified personnel responsible for providing Wi-Fi public service; as for process problem: services should be improved and updated at all times | en_US |
