| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาฝึกงานตามสมรรถนะ 3 ด้าน (2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการฝึกงาน (3) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์และความพึงพอใจจำแนกตามประเภทสถานประกอบการ ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ขนาดและสาขาวิชาของนักศึกษาที่สถานประกอบการรับเข้าฝึกงาน (4) ศึกษาข้อเสนอการพัฒนาแนะคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์และการบริหารจัดการฝึกงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือนักศึกษาฝึกงานระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสันติราษฎร์ จำนวน 223 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยข้อคำถามทุกข้อมีค่าความตรงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.70 - 1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) นักศึกษาฝึกงานระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสันติราษฎร์ มีระดับคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.06 (2) สถานประกอบการพึงพอใจ การบริหารจัดการฝึกงานของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสันติราษฎร์ มีความพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.08 (3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์และความพึงพอใจจำแนกตามประเภทสถานประกอบการ ตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงาน ขนาดของสถานประกอบการ และสาขาวิชาที่สถานประกอบการรับนักศึกษาเข้าฝึกงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่นักศึกษาฝึกงานในสถานประกอบการเอกชนและรัฐบาล ประเมินโดยหัวหน้างานและผู้บริหาร พบว่านักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการตลาดและภาษาต่างประเทศมีคุณลักษณะที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ 0.05 และผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจการบริหารชัดการฝึกงานจำแนกตามความสัมพันธ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน (4) ข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์นักศึกษาฝึกงานนักศึกษามีความสุภาพเรียบร้อยสามารถ ปรับตัวให้เข้ากับวัฒนธรรมองค์กร เรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว ควรพัฒนานักศึกษาด้านความรับผิดชอบด้านความตรงต่อ เวลาความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศด้านการบริหารจัดการควรพัฒนาโดยปรับเปลี่ยนระยะเวลาฝึกงาน เพิ่มขึ้น และการควรส่งนักศึกษาเข้ารับการฝึกงานให้ตรงกับสาขางาน | th_TH |
