| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัญหาการดําเนินงานของอาสาพัฒนาชุมชน จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ (2) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการดําเนินงานของอาสาพัฒนาชุมชนจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการดําเนินงานของอาสาพัฒนาชุมชน จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ อาสาพัฒนาชุมชน จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จํานวน 5,664 คน ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คํานวณตามสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ได้ 380 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัญหาการดําเนินงานของอาสาพัฒนาชุมชนจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ โดยภาพรวมอยูในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการกระตุ้นประชาชนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนการดําเนินงานตามแผน ด้านริเริ่มและสนับสนุนการดําเนินงานพัฒนา และด้านการประสานงาน ตามลําดับ (2) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการดําเนินงานของอาสาพัฒนาชุมชน พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านสถานภาพสมรส และอาชีพ ต่างกัน มีปัญหาการดําเนินงานไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนเพศ อายุและการศึกษา ต่างกัน มีปัญหาการดําเนินงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการดําเนินงานของอาสาพัฒนาชุมชนจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ที่สําคัญ คือ ด้านการกระตุ้นประชาชน ควรจัดสวัสดิการแก่อาสาพัฒนาชุมชนให้มากขึ้น ด้านริเริ่มและสนับสนุนการดําเนินงานพัฒนา ควรจัดหางบประมาณสนับสนุนการดําเนินกิจกรรมของอาสาพัฒนาชุมชน ด้านช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนการดําเนินงานตามแผน ควรส่งเสริมการอบรมเพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับแผน โครงการ แก่อาสาพัฒนาชุมชน และด้านการประสานงาน ควรจัดกิจกรรมการทํางานร่วมกันระหว่างหมู่บ้าน ภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aimed: (1) to study problems of implementation of the community volunteers in Nakhon Sawan Province; (2) to compare problems of implementation of the community volunteers in Nakhon Sawan Province classified by personal factors; and (3) to propose guidelines to develop the implementation of the community volunteers in Nakhon Sawan Province. This study was a mixed method of quantitative and qualitative research. Samples were 380 community volunteers in Nakhon Sawan Province which derived from convenience sampling method. Research instrument were an interview form and a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test. The findings of this study were: (1) major problems of implementation of the community volunteers in Nakhon Sawan Province were people motivation, lack of morale, creativity and support the development, no budget to implement development work, assistance in plan implementation, no knowledge regarding plan, projects and coordination and cooperation on development activities between the villages and both governmental and private sectors; (2) the comparison of problems of implementation of the community volunteers in Nakhon Sawan Province classified by personal factors, it was found that the differences in marital status and profession had no meaning towards implementation, whereas, the differences in sex, age and educational background caused different problems in implementation; and (3) guidelines to develop the implementation of the community volunteers in Nakhon Sawan Province were that people motivation aspect, there should provide more benefits to community volunteers, creativity and support the development aspect, there should allocate the budget to support the activities of community volunteers, assistance in plan implementation aspect, there should provide training course regarding plan, project to community volunteers and coordination aspect, there should create mutual activities between the villages and both governmental and private sectors. | en_US |
