| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ให้ข้อมูลในเขต พื้นที่อำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี (2) ศึกษาภาพลักษณ์ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล (3) หาความสัมพ้นธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ให้ข้อมูลกับภาพลักษณ์ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 380 คน และตัวแทนจากนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล พนักงานส่วนตำบล และสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกลุ่มละจำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์สถิตทีใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติไคสแควร์ และการพรรณนาข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ให้ข้อมูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง และมีสถานภาพสมรส กลุ่มตัวอย่างครื่งหนึ่ง มีรายได้ระหว่าง 5,000 - 10,000 บาท ต่อเดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีจำนวนมาก มีอายุระหว่าง 31 -40 ปี ประกอบอาชีพรับจ้าง และมีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี (2) ภาพลักษณ์ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 6 ด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านคุณธรรม ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านความรู้ ความสามารถ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ให้ข้อมูลกับภาพลักษณะของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล พบว่า ปัจจัยเรื่องการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับภาพลักษณ์ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 ส่วนปัจจัยเรื่องเพศ อายุ สถานภาพอาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาพลักษณ์ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to (I) study the personal factors of informants in Derm Bang Nangbuach District, Suphanburi Province; (2) study the image of the President of Sub-district Administrative Organization; and (3) analyze relationships between the personal factors of the informants and the image of the President of Sub-district Administrative Organization. This was both a qualitative and a quantitative research. The sample population consisted of 380 citizens of Derm Bang Nangbuach District, Suphanburi Province, and 9 people representing the President of Sub-district Administrative Organizations, the Sub-district Administrative Organization employees, and the Sub-district Administrative Organization council members. Data were collected using questionnaires and interview forms and were analyzed statistically using percentages, means, standard deviation, chi square and descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the majority of informants were female and married. Half of them had income in the range of 5,000 to 10,000 baht a month. The largest number were in the 31-40 age range group, worked as private sector employees and had bachelor’s degrees. (2) Overall, the images of the President of Sub-district Administrative Organizations were given high scores in six categories. The highest mean score was for the category of morality and the lowest mean score was for knowledge and ability. (3) For relationships between the personal factors of the informants and the images of the President of Sub-district Administrative Organizations, it was found that there was a statistically significant (p=0.05) relationship between level of education and perceived image of the President of Sub-district Administrative Organizations. No relationship was detected between the factors of sex, age, profession, or income with perceived image of the President of Sub-district Administrative Organizations | en_US |
