| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะ บุคลากรโรงแรมในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เพื่อรองรับการเป็นไมซ์ซิตี้ของประเทศไทย 2) เปรียบเทียบ ระดับสมรรถนะบุคลากรโรงแรมในจังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) ศึกษาความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะบุคลากรโรงแรมในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เพื่อรองรับการเป็น ไมซ์ซิตี้ของประเทศไทย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรโรงแรมในจังหวัดขอนแก่นที่ได้รับการรับรอง มาตรฐานจากมูลนิธิมาตรฐานโรงแรมไทย โดยสํารวจข้อมูลจากแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้า แผนกการตลาด และแผนกจัดเลี้ยงจํานวน 103 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอยางโดยคํานวณหาขนาดตามสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้จํานวน 82 ตัวอย่าง ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้หลักการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับสมรรถนะในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) บุคลากรโรงแรมในจังหวัดขอนแก่นที่มีเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และตําแหน่งงานแตกต่างกัน มีระดับสมรรถนะแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) ความต้องการพัฒนา สมรรถนะของบุคลากรโรงแรมในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เพื่อรองรับการเป็นไมซ์ซิตี้ของประเทศไทย 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้ บุคลากรต้องการเพิ่มพูนความรู้เกี่ยวกับเรื่องสถานการณ์ของธุรกิจไมซ์ ด้านทักษะบุคลากรต้องการพัฒนาทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ และด้านคุณลักษณะบุคลากรต้องการ พัฒนากระบวนการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this quantitative research were 1) to study competency level of hotel staff in Khonkaen province towards MICE City of Thailand, 2) to compare the competency level of hotel staff in Khonkaen province, classify by personal factors and, 3) to suggest a guideline for training needs of hotel staff in Khonkaen to enhance their competency. The population consisted of 103 hotel staff from front office division, marketing division and banquet division in Khonkaen province. These hotels were certified by Thailand Hotel Standard Foundation. The 82 samples were selected by using Taro Yamane Method. A constructed questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data and the data then were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The result revealed that 1) the overall and in each aspect of competency level of hotel staff were at a high level, ranking in the order of mean as characteristics, skill, and knowledge respectively; 2) the hotel staff in Khonkaen province with different genders, education levels and work positions had different competency levels, with a statistical significance at the level of 0.05, and 3) training needs of hotel staffs in Khonkaen towards MICE City of Thailand were in 3 aspects: needs to learn about MICE situation in knowledge aspect, needs to improve their English in skill aspect, and needs to develop their process thinking, critical thinking, and problem solving in job characteristic aspect | en_US |
