| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการดำเนินงานการบริหารกองทุนสวัสดิการ ชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลซำสูง อำเภอซำสูง จังหวัดขอนแก่น (2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานการบริหารกองทุน สวัสดิการชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลซำสูง อำเภอซำสูง จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลซำสูง อำเภอซำสูง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลซำสูง อำเภอซำสูง จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 508 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยสูตรทาโร่ ยามาเน่ จำนวน 224 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้ การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) การดำเนินงานการบริหารกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลซำสูง อำเภอซำสูง จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดทำบัญชีและด้านการระดมทุนอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านโครงสร้างบริหารและด้านการจัด สวัสดิการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชน ที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานการบริหารกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลซำสูง อำเภอซำสูง จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลโดยภาพรวม ไม่มีความแตกต่างกน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็ นรายด้าน พบว่าจำแนก ตามเพศ รายได้ และระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ส่วนจำแนกตามอายุ อาชีพและตำแหน่ง ในกองทุน พบว่า ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการดำเนินงาน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลซำสูง อำเภอซำสูง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้แก่ เพิ่มเงินตอบแทนสวัสดิการแก่สมาชิกให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบัน เพิ่มประเภทของ การจัดสวัสดิการที่ครอบคลุมหลากหลาย และเพิ่มช่องทางการประชาสัมพันธ์ในการระดมทุนตามลำดับ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aimed at (1) studying the administration on community welfare fund at Sumsung Municipality,Sumsung District, Khon Kaen Province.(2) comparing the administrative implementation on community welfare fund at Sumsung Municipality,Sumsung District, Khon Kaen Province classified by personal factors (3) studying the ways to develop community welfare fund at Sumsung Municipality,Sumsung District, Khon Kaen Province. Population used in this study was personnel of community welfare fund at Sumsung Municipality, Sumsung District, Khon Kaen Province at a total of 508 persons. 224 samples were selected by using simple sampling method and Yamane Taro formula. Instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data and statistical analysis was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing employed t- test. ANOVA test and Scheffe's method. The results revealed that (1) at the overall result, the administration on community welfare fund at Sumsung Municipality,Sumsung District, Khon Kaen Province, was at high level. Considering in each aspect, it was found that the field of accounting and fundraising was at high level whereas the administrative structure and welfare was in moderate level. (2) in the overview of those classified by personal factors, there is no significant in the comparison of personnel’s opinions of community welfare fund towards the implementation on community welfare fund. Considering in each aspect, it was found that there is no difference when classifying by gender, income and highest educational background. Whereas when classifying by age, career and position in the organization, it was found that the differences are statistically significant at the .05 level. (3) ways to develop community welfare fund at Sumsung Municipality,Sumsung District, Khon Kaen Province were the increase of appropriate returned welfare money to Fund’s members in accordance with the current economic situation, the increase of welfare types that cover diversity aspects and lastly the increase of public relations in fundraising, respectively | en_US |
