| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การบริหารจัดการแบบ มุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ (2) สัมฤทธิผลตามภารกิจที่กำหนด และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารจัดการแบบมุ่ง ผลสัมฤทธิ์กับสัมฤทธิผลตามภารกิจที่กำหนด ตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์ที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาล สังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาจารย์พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในวิทยาลัยพยาบาล สังกัดสถาบันพระบรม ราชชนก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 291 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างเพื่อวัดการบริหาร จัดการแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ และ วัดสัมฤทธิผลตามภารกิจที่กำหนด ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนี้อหาจาก ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ทุกข้อมีค่าความสอดคล้องเกิน .75 ความเที่ยง มีค่าเท่ากับ .96 และ .94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) การบริหารจัดการแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านกลยุทธ์ ด้านระบบ และ ด้านโครงสร้าง (2) สัมฤทธิผลตามภารกิจที่ กำหนด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการทำนุบำรุง ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ด้านการฝึกอบรม และ ด้านการสอน ส่วนสัมฤทธิผลที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลางและมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อย ที่สุดคือ ด้านการผลิตผลงานวิชาการ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารจัดการแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์กับ สัมฤทธิผลตามภารกิจที่กำหนด พบว่าค่าสหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอล มี 3 ชุด มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดย ชุดที่ 1 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอลสูงสุดเท่ากับ .811 สามารถอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ได้ร้อยละ 65.8 ความสัมพันธ์นี้เกิดจากตัวแปรแต่ละด้านที่มีค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญเรียงจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้การบริหารจัดการ แบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ได้แก่ ด้านทักษะ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านระบบ ด้านโครงสร้าง ด้านคำนิยมร่วม ด้านกลยุทธ์ และ ด้านแบบของผู้นำที่มีค่าเท่ากัน ส่วนสัมฤทธิผลตามภารกิจที่กำหนด ได้แก่ ด้านการฝึกอบรม ด้านการ บริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ด้านการบริหารจัดการอื่น (เกี่ยวกับการสอน) ด้าน การสอน และ ด้านการผลิตผลงานวิชาการ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this descriptive research were: (1) to examine the perceptions of nursing instructors on result based management and results related duties and (2) to find between result based management and results related duties in nursing colleges under Praboromarajchanok Institute, Ministry of Public Health. The sample consisted of 291 nursing instructors of nursing colleges under Praboromarajchanok Institute, the Ministry วf Public Health. This group was selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique .The research instruments were questionnaires and consisted of two parts: result based management and results related duties. Content validity was tested by five experts ,while the internal consistency coefficient alphas of the first and the second parts were .96 and .94 respectively. The statistical devices used for data analysis were both descriptive statistics(frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and canonical correlation. The research findings were as follows: (1) The nursing instructors rated result based management at the high level and the first three highest were strategy, system, and structure. (2) They also rated results related duties at the high level and the first three highest were cultural conservation, training, and teaching. (3) The canonical correlation between results based management and results related duties showed that three sets were statistically significant at the .05 level. The strongest coefficient of canonical correlation found in the first set wras .81 which indicated a relationship of 65.8 percent. Moreover, two sets of canonical correlation loading from high to low were revealed .The first was skill, staff, system, structure, share values, strategy and style.
