| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงสํารวจครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการร้านยาในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุข 7 ต่อการปฏิบัติตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานร้านยาในโครงการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพร้านยา และ (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยลักษณะทางประชากร ประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินกิจการ ระดับความรู้เรื่องโครงการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพร้านยา และแรงจูงใจกับความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการร้านยา ประชากรในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ประกอบการร้านยาแผนปัจจุบัน ที่ไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพร้านยาในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุข 7 จํานวน 13 ราย เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ จํานวน 200 ตัวอย่าง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไค-สแควร์ และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการร้านยาในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุข 7 ต่อการปฏิบัติตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานร้านยาในโครงการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพร้านยา ส่วน ใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความพร้อมด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งสนับสนุนบริการ ด้านการบริหารจัดการเพื่อคุณภาพ และด้านการบริการเภสัชกรรมที่ดี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในขณะที่ความพร้อมด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบ และจริยธรรม และด้านการให้บริการและการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนและสังคม อยู่ในระดับสูง (2) จำนวนครั้งการอบรม ประชุมสัมมนา ศึกษาดูงานและแรงจูงใจที่จะเข้าร่วมเป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการร้านยาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางโครงการ สถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ร้านยาให้มากขึ้น ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้จากการวิจัย (1) ควรเพิ่มการเข้าถึงการจัดอบรมฯ ของผู้ประกอบการร้านยาให้มากขึ้น (2) ควรสร้างแรงจูงใจที่ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการร้านยาให้มากขึ้น และ (3) ควรเพิ่มการประชาสัมพันธ์เรื่องสิทธิประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับจากการเข้าร่วมโครงการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This survey study aimed to examine: (1) the readiness level of pharmacy entrepreneurs, in Public Health inspection Region 7, to follow the standards of drugstores under the Community Pharmacy Development and Accreditation scheme; (2) the relationship between the readiness of pharmacy entrepreneurs and their personal factors including experience in pharmacy operations and knowledge/motivation related to the accreditation scheme. The study was conducted on a sample of 200 systematically and randomly selected pharmacy entrepreneurs who did not participate in the accreditation scheme in Public Health Inspection Region 7. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the reliability level of 0.89. Data analyses were conduced to determine percentage, average, standard deviation, chi-square value and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results showed that: (1) the readiness levels of pharmacy entrepreneurs in the Region to follow the accreditation standards were mostly at a moderate level, especially with regard to the place, equipment, support facilities, quality management, and good pharmaceutical services (all at a moderate level), while the levels for compliance with the regulations, rules, and ethics, services and participation in communi ty/social activities were high; (2) the number of training courses, seminars and study visits attended as well motivation to take part in the scheme had significantly positive association with the readiness of pharmacy entrepreneurs at the 95% confidence level. It was thus recommended that: (1) access to training courses, seminars and study visits for pharmacy entrepreneurs should be increased; (2) more incentives should be provided according to the needs of pharmacy entrepreneurs; and (3) the benefits to be gained from participating in the accreditation scheme should more widely publicized | en_US |
