| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ของสหกรณ์การเกษตรหุบกะพง จำกัด (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับของการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ของสหกรณ์การเกษตรหุบกะพง จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสหกรณ์การเกษตรหุบกะพง จำกัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรของสหกรณ์การเกษตรหุบกะพง จำกัด จำนวน 500 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาจำนวน 238 คน ได้แก่ สมาชิกสหกรณ์คำนวณตามสูตรของทาโรยามาเน่ จำนวน 218 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก ฝ่ายจัดการและ คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน จำนวน 20 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่าของลิเคิร์ท สถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและ การเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ของ สหกรณ์การเกษตรหุบกะพง จำกัด มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดได้แก่ การยึดหลักคุณธรรม/จริยธรรม และ ค่าเฉลี่ยตาสุดได้แก่ ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงาน (2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลพบว่า รายได้ และ ตำแหน่ง/สถานภาพในสหกรณ์ ของบุคลากรที่ แตกต่างกัน มีระดับการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลที่แตกต่างกัน (3) ในส่วนของแนวทางการ พัฒนาการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสหกรณ์การเกษตรหุบกะพง จำกัด พบว่า สหกรณ์ควร ปรับปรุงด้านการนำเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการ พัฒนาการประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสาร สร้างความเช้าใจให้กับสมาชิกอย่างทั่วถึงด้วยการสื่อสารแบบสองทาง กำหนดเป้าหมายการปฏิบัติงานให้ชัดเจนเพื่อให้เกิดการบริหารจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบสามารถตอบสนองสมาชิกไต้เป็นอย่างดี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this study were (1) to study level good governance at Hubkapong Agricultural Cooperative Limited. (2) compare the level operations of good governance at Hubkapong Agricultural Cooperative Limited with respect to personal characteristics (3) study operations development of good governance at Hubkapong Agricultural Cooperative Limited. The population consisted of 500 Hubkapong Agricultural Cooperative Limited members. The sampling size was 238 is members specified according to Yamane’s at confidence level of 95 % was 218, with convenient sampling, Management and board operations was 20, with purposive sampling, and the Likert scale questionnaire were employed to collect data. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation t-test one-way Anova (Analysis of Variance) and Least Significance Difference (LSD) The result revealed that (1) the operations of good governance at Hubkapong Agricultural Cooperative Limited were at the high level with the highest mean is Morality/ Ethic and the lowest mean is Effectiveness. (2) with respect the level the operations of good governance with that of personal characteristics, the result monthly income and job title or Cooperative status of personnel different the level operational of good governance are different. (3) as for the operations development of good governance at Hubkapong Agricultural Cooperative Limited, the result revealed need for improvement the modern technology used in its management, Development news letter, Two-way Communication, Goal setting to management is a systematically for decent responsiveness members. | en_US |
