| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุของบุคลากรในเขตอำนาจอธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 2 (2) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการปฏินํติงานด้านพัสดุของบุคลากรในเขตอำนาจอธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 2 จำแนกตามข้อมูลทั่วไปของบุคลากร และ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัย ด้านการบริหารที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุของบุคลากรในเขตอำนาจอธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 2 ประชากรที่ใซัในการศึกษาคือบุคลากรของหน่วยงานในเขตอำนาจอธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 2 ที่ เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านพัสดุ จำนวนทั้งสี้น 642 คน โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการคำนวณได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 247 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิและการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) บุคลากรในเขตอำนาจอธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 2 มีประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง ลำดับแรกคือด้านการตรวจสอบพัสดุ รองลงมาคือด้านการจัดหาพัสดุ ด้านการควบคุมพัสดุ ด้านการ จำหน่ายพัสดุ และด้านการเก็บรักษาพัสดุ ตามลำดับ (2) บุคลากรในเขตอำนาจอธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 2 ที่มี เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา และความเกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุแตกต่างกันมีประสิทธิภาพการ ปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่บุคลากรในจังหวัดที่ทำงานปัจจุบันแตกต่างกันมีประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุของบุคลากรในเขตอำนาจอธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 2 ได้แก่ การควบคุม และการวางแผน ซึ่งทำนายประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัสดุของบุคลากรในเขตอำนาจ อธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 2 ได้ร้อยละ 72 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study the efficiency on supply operation of personnel in the chief judge of region 2; (2) to compare the efficiency on supply operation of personnel by personal information; and (3) to study the management factors affecting the efficiency on supply operation of personnel in the chief judge of region 2. The population was 642 personnel who worked in supply operation area in the chief judge of region 2 and 247 of them were randomized by stratified and simple random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, least significant difference, multiple regression and content analysis. The results showed that (1) the overall efficiency on supply operation of personnel in the chief judge of region 2 was at high level. Considering by aspect, it was found that all aspects were at high level which monitoring was the first aspect followed by procurement, controlling, selling and storage aspects respectively; (2) the personnel with different gender, age, educational level and duty had no different efficiency on supply operation while the personnel with different province had different efficiency on supply operation at .05 statistically significant level; and (3) the management factors affecting the efficiency on supply operation of personnel in the chief judge of region 2 were controlling and planning which predicted the efficiency of 72%. | en_US |
