| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1)ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงาน กลุ่มบริษัท ไอแอม คอนซัลตี้ง จำกัด (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานกลุ่ม บริษัท ไอแอม คอนซัลตี้ง จำกัด จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรคือพนักงานประจำที่ทำงานในกลุ่มบริษัทไอแอมคอนซัลตี้ง จำกัด จำนวน204 คนกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 135 คน โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัท ไอแอม คอนซัลติ้ง จำกัด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ การพัฒนาความสามารถของบุคคล การปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นในองค์กร ความสมดุลของชีวิตและการทำงาน สิ่งแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยและถูกสุขลักษณะ ความมั่นคงและ ความก้าวหน้าในงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของ พนักงาน พนักงานที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล คือ เพศ สถานภาพสมรส และระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนพนักงานที่มี เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ลักษณะที่อยู่อาศัย อายุการทำงานในบริษัทฯ ระดับตำแหน่งที่แตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of the study were (1) to study the level of quality of work life of employees of I Am Consulting Group Company Limited; (2) to compare the level of quality of work life of employees of I Am Consulting Group Company Limited classified by personal characteristics. The study was a survey research. The total population was 204 employees of I Am Consulting Group Company Limited. The sample was 135 employees selected by using simple random method and Yamane's formula. Questionnaires with reliability value of 0.95 were used for data collection. The data was analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and LSD. The results showed that (1) overall the quality of work life of the employees of I Am Consulting Group Company Limited was at high level. Considering each aspect, development of employees’ abilities, co-operation, relationships with others in the organization, work life balance, safe and healthy working condition were high whereas work security and achievement were moderate; (2) employees with different gender, marital status and educational level had different quality of work life at 0.05 statistical significance.
