| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไปของครู และนักเรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 186 คน และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 377 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไปของครูและนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าครูผู้สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 มีความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไปโดยภาพรวมในระดับมากที่สุด และ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 มีความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า (1) ด้านบริหารครูเห็นว่าควรมีการตั้งศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไป (2) ด้านวิชาการครูเห็นว่าควรมีการพัฒนาความรู้ของครูวิทยาศาสตร์โดยการวิจัยด้านการผลิตสื่อและนวัตกรรม ด้านกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์ นักเรียนเห็นว่าควรจัดกิจกรรมปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับสิ่งมีชีวิตกับกระบวนการดำรงชีวิต (3) ด้านบริการครูและนักเรียน เห็นว่าควรมีบริการให้คำแนะนำและปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไป (4) ด้านประเภทสื่อของศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไป ครูเห็นว่าควรมีสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ประเภทอีเลิร์นนิ่ง และนักเรียนเห็นว่าควรมีสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ประเภทคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน (5) ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมครู และนักเรียนเห็นว่าควรจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกศูนย์การเรียนมีการจัดสวนปลูกต้นไม้ ดอกไม้ รอบๆ บริเวณ จัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในศูนย์การเรียนมีแสงสว่างเพียงพอ อากาศถ่ายเทได้สะดวก มีระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัยและอุปกรณ์ป้องกันเหตุอัคคีภัย (6) ด้านสถานที่ในการจัดตั้งศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไป ครูและนักเรียนเห็นว่าควรตั้งศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไปในโรงเรียนประจำอำเภอ และ (7) ด้านการจัดหาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไป ครูเห็นว่า ด้านอาคารสถานที่ควรมีห้องที่ใช้ศึกษาค้นคว้าส่วนบุคคล นักเรียนเห็นว่าควรมีห้องเอนกประสงค์ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the needs for the general science study center of teachers and students in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 27. The research sample consisted of 186 science teachers and 377 Mathayom Suksa IV - VI students in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 27, obtained by proportional stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs for the general science center of teachers and students. Statistics employed for data analyses were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that the overall need for the general science center of science teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 27 was at the highest level, while the overall need for the general science center of Mathayom Suksa IV - VI students was at the high level. When the needs for specific aspects of the center were considered, the findings were as fllows: (1) for the administration aspect, the teachers had opinions that the general science center should be established; (2) for the academic aspect, the teachers had opinions that the teachers’ knowledge should be upgraded by conducting research studies on production of media and innovations and on science activities; while the students had opinions that there should be organization of workshop activities on living things and the living process; (3) for the service aspect, the teachers and students had opinions that there should be services on provision of advices and counseling on the general science center; (4) for the aspect of media types of the general science study center, the teachers had opinions that there should be the e-learning type of the electronic media, while the students had opinions that there should be the computer assisted instruction type of electronic media; (5) for the environment management aspect, the teachers and students had opinions that the environment outside the center should be in the form of gardens with trees and flowers surrounding the center, while the environment within the center should be organized to have sufficient light, with good ventilation, with a security system, and with fire prevention and extinguishing equipment; (6) for the aspect of location of the center, the teachers and students had opinions that the general sciece center should be established in the district secondary school; and (7) for the aspect of facilities of the center, the teachers had opinions that there should be rooms for individual study, while the students had opinions that there should be the multi-purpose rooms. | en_US |
