| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาบทเรียนแบบโปรแกรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การเก็บรักษาอาหารสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนการเคหะท่าทราย สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนแบบโปรแกรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การเก็บรักษาอาหาร และ (3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วย บทเรียนแบบโปรแกรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การเก็บรักษาอาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนการเคหะท่าทราย สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่กำลังศึกษา อยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 33 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) บทเรียนแบบโปรแกรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การเก็บรักษาอาหาร (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน และหลังเรียนแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนแบบโปรแกรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) บทเรียนแบบโปรแกรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การเก็บรักษาอาหาร มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.10/82.08 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนแบบโปรแกรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนแบบโปรแกรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to develop an electronic program lesson in the Career and Technology Learning Area on the topic of Food Preservation for Prathom Suksa m students at Kan Kheha Tha Sai School under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration based on the pre-deteimined efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of students who learned from the electronic program lesson on the topic of Food Preservation; and (3) to study the satisfaction of students who learned from the electronic program lesson on the topic of Food Preservation. The research sample consisted of 33 Prathom Suksa m students of Kan Kheha Tha Sai School under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration during the second semester of the 2018 academic year, obtained by cluster sampling. The research instruments were (1) an electronic program lesson on the topic of Food Preservation; (2) two parallel forms of a learning achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on satisfaction of the students who learned from the electronic program lesson. Statistics employed for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed electronic program lesson in the Career and Technology Learning Area on the topic of Food Preservation was efficient at 80.10/82.08, thus meeting the pre-deteimined 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students who learned from the electronic program lesson achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the overall satisfaction of students who learned from the electronic program lesson was at the high level. | en_US |
