| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกระบี่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 307 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อ การจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกระบี่ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณา รายด้านพบว่าอยู่ ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการสอน ครูใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการเรียนการสอนของกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการสืบค้นข้อมูล ครูใช้ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสืบค้นข้อมูล ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการติดต่อสื่อสาร ครูใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อเป็นช่องทางสื่อสารกับนักเรียน ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ ครูใช้เว็บไซต์เพื่อ การประชาสัมพันธ์ และด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการรับรู้ข่าวสาร ครูใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารต่างๆ และ (2) ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ครูมีปัญหาขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่สามารถซ่อมแซม และแก้ปัญหาด้านฮารดแวร์ได้ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการให้บริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศภายในสถานศึกษา ครูมีปัญหาการบริการด้านโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป/ซอฟต์แวร์ และ ด้านการฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยครูขาดแคลนการฝึกอบรมการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และระดับน้อย 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในงานวิชาการ ครูมีปัญหาด้านการแนะแนวการศึกษา | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this study was to investigate the use of information technology for instructional management of primary teachers under local administration organizations in Krabi province. The research population comprised 307 primary teachers under local administration organizations in Krabi province. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the use of information technology for instructional management of primary teachers under local administration organizations in Krabi province. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that (1) the overall use of information technology for instructional management of the teachers was rated at the high level; when specific aspects of the use were considered, they were found to be at the high level for every aspect which could be elaborated as follows: in the aspect of using information technology to enhance instructional efficiency, the teachers used information technology for instructional management in all learning areas; in the aspect of using information technology for information retrieval, they used information technology in information retrieval; in the aspect of using information technology for communication, they used online social media as a channel for communication with the students; in the aspect of using information technology for public relations, they used the website for public relations; and in the aspect of using information technology for receiving information, they used information technology to gain access to various sources of information; and (2) the overall problem of the use of information technology for instructional management was rated at the moderate level; when problems in specific aspects of the use were considered, the rating mean was at the high level for one aspect of the use, namely, the aspect of information technology personnel in which the teachers had the problem of the lack of personnel who could repair hardware and solve hardware problems; the rating means were at the moderate level for two aspects of the use, namely, the aspect of provision of information technology services within school in which they had the problem of services on computer programs/software, and the aspect of training on information technology in which they had the problem of the lack of training on using computers; and the rating mean was at the low level for one aspect of the use, namely, the aspect of using information technology in academic affairs in which they had the problem on educational guidance | en_US |
