| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในกลุ่มเครือข่ายรัษฏาเรืองวิทย์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในกลุ่มเครือข่ายรัษฏาเรืองวิทย์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 จำนวน 222 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในกลุ่มเครือข่ายรัษฏาเรืองวิทย์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า การใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในกลุ่มเครือข่ายรัษฏาเรืองวิทย์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านเป้าหมายการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ คือ การให้บริการเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา (2) ด้านประเภทของสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ใช้ คือ บทเรียนเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ และเว็บไซต์ทางวิชาการ (3) ด้านลักษณะของสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ใช้ คือ สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างเพื่อนในชั้นเรียน (4) ด้านการจัดการสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คือ การจัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่รับผิดชอบและดูแลรักษา สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (5) ด้านกระบวนการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คือ การจัดลําดับการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของครูในแต่ละช่วงชั้นหรือรายวิชา (6) ด้านวิธีการประเมินการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คือ การประเมินความพร้อมเกี่ยวกับการใช้สื่อ เช่น สภาพแวดล้อมของห้องเรียน และ (7) ด้านเทคนิควิธีการใช้ดูแลบำรุงรักษาสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คือ มีการใช้ซอฟแวร์เพื่อดูแลและจัดการระบบการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ให้ครอบคลุมในทุก ๆ ด้าน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of electronic media in instructional management of teachers in Rassada Ruangwit network schools under Trang Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The sample for this study consisted of 222 teachers in Rassada Ruangwit network schools under Trang Primary Education Service Area Office 2, obtained by multi-stage random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the use of electronic media in instructional management of teachers in Rassada Ruangwit network schools. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings showed that the overall use of electronic media in instructional management of teachers in Rassada Ruangwit network schools under Trang Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was rated at the high level. When specific aspects of the use were considered, all aspects were rated at the high level; the specific aspects, each of which with the item receiving top rating mean, were specified as follows: (1) in the aspect of the goal of using electronic media for learning management, the item on the provision of educational technology service; (2) in the aspect of types of the used electronic media, that on computer network lessons and academic website; (3) in the aspect of characteristics of the used electronic media, that on the electronic media that enable the learners to share and exchange learning in the classroom; (4) in the aspect of electronic media management, that on the procurement of the personnel to be in charge and take care of the electronic media; (5) in the aspect of the process of using the electronic media, that on the arrangement of order of electronic media utilization by the teachers in each class or each course; (6) in the aspect of the method for evaluation of electronic media utilization, that on evaluation of the readiness for using the electronic media, such as classroom environment; and (7) in the aspect of technique/method of using, caring and maintaining of electronic media, that on using software for taking care and management of the electronic media usage system to cover every aspect | en_US |
