| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายวิชาการของสถานศึกษา 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายวิชาการของสถานศึกษา 3) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาเครือข่ายวิชาการของสถานศึกษา และ 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาเครือข่ายวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 จำนวน 297 คน กำหนดขนาดโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 9 คน ได้แก่ รองผู้อำนวยการเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เครือข่าย และกรรมการศูนย์เครือข่าย เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบตอบสนองคู่เกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การดำเนินงานเครือข่ายวิชาการของสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 และ .98 ตามลำดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาเครือข่ายวิชาการของสถานศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายวิชาการของสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาเครือข่ายวิชาการเรียงจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ การติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของเครือข่าย การพัฒนาสมาชิกเครือข่าย การส่งเสริมกิจกรรมสำคัญของเครือข่าย การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกเครือข่าย กระบวนการปฏิบัติงานของเครือข่าย และการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ และเป้าหมายของเครือข่าย และ 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาเครือข่ายวิชาการประกอบด้วย เครือข่ายควร (1) ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถของครูและบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาสมาชิกอย่างต่อเนื่อง (2) ส่งเสริมให้สถานศึกษาสมาชิกเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาเครือข่ายวิชาการอย่างสร้างสรรค์และเหมาะสม (3) กำหนดรูปแบบการนิเทศ ติดตามและประเมินผลที่สอดคล้องกับตัวชี้วัด (4) นำผลการนิเทศไปใช้ในการพัฒนาเครือข่ายวิชาการอย่างเป็นระบบ และ (5) จัดให้มีการรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) the current states of the operation of academic networks of schools; 2) the desired states of operation of academic networks of schools; 3) the needs for development of academic networks of schools; and 4) the guidelines for development of academic networks of schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 297 teachers in schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, obtained by stratified random sampling according to school size. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. There were 9 key informants, namely the deputy director of Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, school administrators, the director of network center, and the committee of network center. The employed instruments were a rating scale questionnaire with a dual-response format dealing with the current and desired states of operation of academic networks of schools, with the reliability coefficients of .97 and .98, respectively, and a semi-structured interview form dealing with guidelines for development of academic networks of schools. The data were analyzed with the use of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNImodified, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows:1) the overall current state of operation of academic networks of schools was at the high level; 2) the overall desired state of operation of academic networks of schools was at the highest level; 3) the needs for development of academic networks of schools which ranked from the highest to the lowest were as follows: the network performance monitoring, the network members development, the promotion of important network activities, the participation of network members, the network operation process and the formulation of network objectives and goals; and 4) guidelines for development of academic networks of schools were the following: the academic networks should (1) continuously promote the development of knowledge and abilities of teachers and personnel within school network members; (2) encourage school network members to participate in the development of academic networks creatively and appropriately; (3) determine a form for supervision monitor and evaluation consistent with the indicators; (4) apply the results of supervision to systematically develop academic networks; and (5) continuously report the network performance | en_US |
