| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ของบุคลากรสำนักงานสหกรณ์ จังหวัดขอนแก่น (2) ปัจจับที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพในการทำงานของบุคลากรของสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดขอนแก่น (3) ศักยภาพในการทำงานของบุคลากร ของสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดขอนแก่น การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรของสำนักงานสหกรณ์ จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 97 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าฉลี่ยค่าเยี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่ไคสแควร์ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1 ลักษณะทางประชากศาสตร์ของบุคลากรของสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดขอนแก่น พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรสในด้านการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า ส่วนใหญ่มีตำแหน่งงานเป็นข้าราชการ ได้รับเงินเดือนระหว่าง 20,00 1-30,000 บาท และมีประสบการณ์ ในการทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปี ขึ้นไป (2) ปัจจัขค้านความรักและผูกพันกับองค์กร และปัจจัยค้านการทำงานเป็นทีม มีอิทธิพลต่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับความมีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด (3) ปัจจับค้านความรับผิดชอบ และเอาใจใส่ในการทำงาน กับปัจจัยด้านความซื่อสัตย์ เสียสละ และภักดีต่อองค์กร มีผลต่อศักยภาพในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับที่สำคัญมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ปังจัยค้านความรอบรู้ในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับที่ความสำคัญมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to (1) the demographic characteristics of personnel in Khon Kaen Cooperative Office (2) the factors influencing the work potential development of personnel of Khon Kaen Cooperative Office (3) the work potential of personnel of Khon Kaen Cooperative Office. This study was a survey research. The population consisted of 97 personnel of Khon Kaen Cooperative Office. The tool used was the questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and chi square. The results of the study showed that (1) demographic characteristics of personnel of Khon Kaen Cooperative Office were mostly female, aged between 31-40 years, married status, mostly graduated in bachelor or equivalent, mostly government officer receiving salary between 20,001-30,000 Baht, and more than 10 years of work experience; (2) love and commitment to the organization factor and teamwork factor were influenced the work potential development at the highest level; (3) responsibility and work carefulness factor, honesty, sacrifice and loyalty to the organization factor were influenced the work potential at the highest level, the second factor was the work knowledge factor at a high level | th_TH |
