| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ที่ใช้เครือข่าย โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G แล้วในปัจจุบัน ผู้ที่จะใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ในอนาคต และผู้ที่ไม่ ใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ในปัจจุบันและอนาคตของประชากรในเขตดอนเมือง (2) ปัจจัยในการ ตัดสินใจใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ของประชากรในเขตดอนเมือง (3) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยในการ ตัดสินใจใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ของประชากรในเขตดอนเมืองระหว่างกลุ่มผู้ที่ใช้เครือข่าย โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G แล้วในปัจจุบัน กับกลุ่มผู้ที่จะใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ในอนาคต (4) ข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตัดสินใจใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ของประชากรในเขตดอนเมือง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ใช้บริการเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ในเขตดอนเมืองจำนวน 399 คน ใช้ แบบสอบถามในการสำรวจที่มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.89 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้ที่ใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G แล้วในปัจจุบันส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศหญิงอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 26 - 36 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัท รายได้ต่อเดือนอยู่ระหว่าง 10,001 -30,000 บาท และมีสถานภาพโสด สำหรับผู้ที่จะใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ในอนาคตส่วน ใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 26 - 36 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัท รายได้ต่อเดือนอยู่ ระหว่าง 10,001 - 30,000 บาท และสถานภาพสมรสหรืออยู่ด้วยกัน ส่วนผู้ที่ไม่ใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ระบบ 3G ในปัจจุบันและอนาคตส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 48 –58 ปี การศึกษาต่ำกว่าระดับ ม.6 หรือ ปวช. อาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัวหรืออาชีพอิสระ รายได้ต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 10,001 บาท และสถานภาพสมรสหรืออยู่ด้วยกัน (2) ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ของประชากรในเขตดอนเมือง ได้แก่ปัจจัยด้าน สังคม ปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยาและปัจจัยด้านการตลาด ซึ่งให้ระดับความสำคัญมากในปัจจัยด้านการตลาดและปัจจัย ด้านจิตวิทยาและให้ระดับความสำคัญน้อยในปัจจัยด้านสังคม (3) กลุ่มผู้ที่ใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G แล้วในปัจจุบันให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยาและปัจจัยด้านการตลาดมากกว่าผู้ที่จะใช้เครือข่าย โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ในอนาคต ซึ่งตรงกันข้ามกับปัจจัยด้านสังคมที่กลุ่มผู้ที่จะใช้เครือข่าย โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ในอนาคตให้ความสำคัญมากกว่ากลุ่มผู้ที่ใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G แล้วในปัจจุบัน (4) ในการตัดสินใจใช้เครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ระบบ 3G ของประชากรในเขตดอนเมือง ผู้ใช้บริการจำนวนมากตัดสินใจใช้เครือข่ายเอไอเอส 3G รูปแบบการชำระค่าใช้บริการแบบรายเดือน มีค่าใช้ บริการต่อเดือนประมาณ 301 -600 บาท | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This independent study was aimed (1) to study the demographic of current 3G mobile network subscribers, prospect 3G mobile network subscribers and non 3G mobile network subscribers in Don Muang District; (2) to study factors in consumer decisions to select 3G mobile network in Don Muang District; (3) to compare factors in consumer decisions to select 3G mobile network between current 3G mobile network subscribers and prospect 3G mobile network subscribers in Don Muang District; and (4) to study other factors related to consumer decisions on subscribing 3G mobile network in Don Muang District. The sample of this study was 399 mobile networks subscribers in Don Muang District. The questionnaire with 0.89 reliability was used to collect data and data analysis included percentage, mean and standard deviation. It is found that (1) the current 3G mobile network subscribers were female, 26 to 36-year-old age, bachelor’s degree, private company employees, 10,001 to 30,000 baht monthly income and single. The prospect 3G mobile network subscribers were female, 26 to 36-year-old age, bachelor’s degree, private company employees, 10,001 to 30,000 baht monthly income and married. While the non 3G mobile network subscribers were female, 48 to 58-year-old age, lower than high school certificate or vocational certificate, freelance or entrepreneur, less than 10,001 baht monthly income and married; (2) factors in consumer decisions to select 3G mobile network in Don Muang District were social factors, psychological factors and marketing factors. Psychological factors and marketing factors were at high level in making decision when subscribing for 3G mobile networks, while social factors were at low level in making decision when subscribing for 3G mobile networks; (3) psychological factors and marketing factors were more important to current 3G mobile network subscribers than prospect 3G mobile network subscribers. On the other hand, social factors were more important to prospect 3G mobile network subscribers than current 3G mobile network subscribers; and (4) most 3G mobile network subscribers in Don Muang District decided to subscribe with AIS 3G network, post-paid plans and 301 to 600 baht monthly fee | en_US |
