| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) บทบาทของคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านในการพัฒนาการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย (2) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านในการพัฒนาการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) บทบาทของคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านในการพัฒนาการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ 2) การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาหมู่บ้าน 3) การจัดทำธรรมนูญหมู่บ้าน 4) การส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตย 5) การส่งเสริมอุดมการณ์และวิถีชีวิตแบบประชาธิปไตยให้แก่ราษฎร 6) การจัดประชุมลงมติหรือประชาคมหมู่บ้าน 7) การได้มาของคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้าน (2) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านในการพัฒนาการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ได้แก่คณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านขาดความสามัคคีกันและมีความเห็นไม่ตรงกัน คณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านมีเวลาว่างไม่ตรงกันและไม่สามารถประชุมพร้อมเพรียงกันได้เนื่องจากประกอบอาชีพแตกต่างกันคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในบทบาทของตนเอง คณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านขาดงบประมาณในการสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงาน และคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านบางคนไม่ได้สมัครใจที่จะมาเป็นคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านแต่ถูกบังคับเลือกจากประชาชน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study the roles of village committees on political development in democracy and (2) to investigate the problems and obstacles of village committees on political development in democracy. This study was a qualitative research. There were 10 purposive samples, which included 4 village headmen and 6 village committee representatives. The research tools were in-depth interviews and observation. Then, the data from the literature review, related theoretical concepts, as well as the interview were analyzed using a descriptive analysis. This study found that (1) the roles of the village committees on political development in democracy included 1) cultivating reconciliation, 2) creating a village development plan, 3) creating a village constitution, 4) encouraging people to participate in democratic governance, 5) promoting democratic ideology and way of life for the people, 6) organizing voting or village community meetings and 7) acquisition of the village committee. (2) The problems and obstacles of the village committees on political development in democracy were that the village committees lacked unity. The village committees had different free times due to different occupations, so they could not have a meeting. They lacked knowledge and understanding of their roles and lacked a budget to support their operations.
