| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความต้องการของสมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรที่มีต่อสื่อการเรียนรู้การเพาะผักงอก 2) พัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้การเพาะผักงอก 3) ความรู้และแหล่งความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเพาะผักงอกของสมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกร 4) ความพึงพอใจและความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกกลุ่มที่มีต่อสื่อการเพาะผักงอก และ 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาสื่อเพื่อการเรียนรู้การเพาะผักงอกของสมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ สมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกร ในอำเภอตะกั่วทุ่ง จังหวัดพังงา ปี พ.ศ. 2562 จำนวนสมาชิกทั้งหมด 239 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรทาโร่ ยามาเน่ กำหนดค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนไว้ที่ 0.05 โดยมีขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 150 ราย ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จัดเก็บข้อมูล โดยการใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการจัดอันดับ เเละ T-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกร มีอายุเฉลี่ย 53.09 ปี ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรเฉลี่ย 10.91 ปี ประสบการณ์การทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 21.52 ปี ประสบการณ์การเพาะผักงอกเฉลี่ย 8.4 ปี พื้นที่ทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 13.23 ไร่ รายจ่ายค่าอาหารเฉลี่ย 399.00 บาท/วัน 1) ความต้องการสื่อเพื่อการเรียนรู้การเพาะผักงอกอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเฉพาะด้านตัวอักษร สี และเสียง และด้านการใช้งานระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 2) การพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้การเพาะผักงอก ได้พัฒนาสื่อในรูปแบบของสื่อวีดิทัศน์รวมถึงเผยแพร่ผ่านช่องทางสื่อออนไลน์ ยูทูป ระยะเวลาของสื่อ 30 นาที โดยมีเนื้อหาสาระในด้านลักษณะและประโยชน์ของผักงอก วิธีการเพาะผักงอก การดูแลรักษา และการเก็บเกี่ยว 3) ความรู้ แหล่งความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเพาะผักงอกพบว่ามีความรู้ก่อนการเรียนรู้จากสื่ออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนความรู้หลังการเรียนรู้จากสื่ออยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยประเด็นที่สมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรมีคะแนนความรู้น้อยกว่าข้ออื่น ๆ คือ การเพาะในดินจะได้ผลผลิตดีที่สุด ได้ต้นอ่อนที่มีคุณภาพ แหล่งความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเพาะผักงอกอยู่ในระดับปานกลางโดยเฉพาะจากสื่อกลุ่มและสื่อบุคคล 4) ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อสื่อการเพาะผักงอกอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเฉพาะด้านตัวอักษร สี และเสียง รองลงมา คือด้านภาพและภาษา ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อประโยชน์ของผักงอกก่อนและหลังการเรียนรู้จากสื่ออยู่ในระดับมากโดยเฉพาะด้านการบริโภคและด้านร่างกาย 5) ปัญหาต่อสื่อการเรียนรู้การเพาะผักงอกอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยปัญหาด้านการใช้งานระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีมากกว่าด้านอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ประเด็นการเข้าถึงสื่อได้ยาก มีข้อเสนอแนะ ได้แก่ ควรมีการเพิ่มเติมการฝึกปฏิบัติหลังการดูสื่อจะทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจมากยิ่งขึ้น ควรทำแบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังดูสื่อ เว้นช่วง 10-15 นาที เพื่อให้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กันมากยิ่งขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) the needs of members of farmer housewife group towards the learning media in the cultivation of vegetable sprouts 2) learning media development of the cultivation of vegetable sprouts 3) knowledge and knowledge resources regarding the cultivation of vegetable sprouts of farmer housewife group members 4) satisfaction and opinions of members the farmers housewife group towards the media on the cultivation of vegetable sprouts and 5) problems and suggestions on learning media development for the cultivation of vegetable sprouts of farmer housewife group members. The population of this research was 239 members of the farmer housewife group in Takua Thung District, Phang Nga Province in the year 2019. The sample group of 150 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05 and simple random sampling method. Data was collected by conducting the interview. Statistics used in the analysis included frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, ranking, and t-test. The results of the research stated that the average age of farmer housewife group members was 53.09 years with the average period of being a member of 10.91 years. The average experience in agricultural production was 21.52 years with the average experience in vegetable sprouts of 8.4 years. The average agricultural area was 18.23 Rai with the average food expenses of 399.00 Baht/day. 1) The needs for learning media in the cultivation of vegetable sprouts were at the high level especially in alphabets, color, and sound and the use of electronic system aspects. 2) In regards to development of learning media in the cultivation of vegetable sprouts, there was the development of media in the form of video tape media including the publication through online media channel, YouTube with the media length of 30 minutes. The content consisted of types and benefits of vegetable sprouts, the cultivation of vegetable sprouts method, the maintenance, and the harvest. 3)For knowledge and the source of knowledge about the cultivation of vegetable sprouts, it stated that the knowledge prior to learning from the media was at the moderate level. Regarding the knowledge after the learning from the media, it was at the highest level. The aspect that the members of farmer housewife group had the lower score than other aspects was the cultivation into the soil which will yield the best productivity and quality sprouts. The knowledge resource about the cultivation of vegetable sprouts was at the moderate level especially from group media and personal media. 4) The satisfaction towards the media for the cultivation of vegetable sprouts was at the high level especially in alphabets, color, and sounds aspects. Second to that were image and language. The opinions towards the benefits of vegetable sprouts before and after the learning from the media were at the high level specifically on the consumption and body aspects. 5) Problems towards the learning media in the cultivation of vegetable sprouts were at the low level with the problem in using the electronic system more than other issues such as the issue on the difficulty of accessing to the media. The suggestions included additional practices after watching the media which create better understanding, pre and post test of media watching with the stop of 10-15 minutes for more knowledge exchange. | en_US |
