| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการทำงานของบัณฑิตหลังสำเร็จ การศึกษา (2) ประเมินสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตตามจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับความสำเร็จในการทำงานของบัณฑิต และ (4) ศึกษาข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนา หลักสูตร 116 คน ผู้บังคับบัญชา 85 คน และเพื่อนร่วมงาน 110 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบธรรมดา (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม 3 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean = X) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation = S.D.) F - test (One - way Analysis of Variance) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพการทำงานของบัณฑิตหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่ได้งาน ทำในภายใน ระยะเวลา 1 ปี ทำงานในตำแหน่ง Programmer ลักษณะงานที่ทำและความรู้ที่ใช้เป็นการ พัฒนาโปรแกรมด้วย Programming Language บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจในงานที่ทำมาก และการนำ ความรู้ในสาขาไปใช้มากที่สุด (2) สมรรถนะของบัณฑิต 3 ด้านโดยภาพรวม ตามความคิดเห็นของ ผู้ตอบทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม คือด้านความรู้ในสาขา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านทักษะในการอยู่ในระดับมาก และ ด้านคุณลักษณะในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการ ทำงานของบัณฑิต อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ อายุ ประสบการณ์ระหว่างเรียน ความรู้ในสาขาและ ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสาขา ทักษะในการทำงาน และคุณลักษณะในการทำงาน และ(4) ข้อคิดเห็น และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร ของผู้ตอบทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม เห็นว่า ด้านจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร เหมาะสมดี ด้านโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร ควรเพิ่มวิชาเรียนในทุกหมวดวิชา ผู้เข้าศึกษาควรมีพื้นฐาน คณิตศาสตร์ อาจารย์ผู้สอนควรมีความรู้ความสามารถในวิชาที่สอน มีเทคนิคในการถ่ายทอด การจัด กิจกรรมเสริมในการเรียนการสอนเหมาะสม แต่ขอให้เพิ่มระยะ เวลาในการฝึกปฏิบัติ การศึกษาดูงาน นอกสถานที่ ให้มากขึ้น การวัดและประเมินผลมีความชัดเจน อุปกรณ์การเรียนและอาคารสถานที่ ความเพียงพอ รายวิชาที่สำคัญต่อการทำงานตามความเห็นของบัณฑิตของทั้ง 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ Database Management System, Computer Security และ Database Management | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to: (1) study the condition of work of graduates after completion of their study; (2) evaluate the competencies of graduates based on objectives of the program; (3) investigate factors related to the work performance success of the graduates; and (4) study graduates' opinions and suggestions regarding the program development. The research sample consist of 116 graduates completing their study during the 2004 - 2006 academic years, as well as their 85 superiors and 110 colleagues, all of which were obtained by simple random sampling. Three questionnaires were employed as data collecting instruments. Data were statistically analyzed with the use of the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. Also, content analysis was employed to analyze descriptive data. The findings reveal that (1) regarding the graduates' working condition after completion of their study, the majority of them got a job within one year, working as a programmer to apply their knowledge for program development through the use of programming languages; graduates were found to be very satisfied with their jobs and most satisfied with application of knowledge in their field of study; (2) regarding the three aspects of the graduates' competencies based on opinions of the three groups of respondents, the overall competency for knowledge in the field was at the moderate level, while the overall competency for skills was at the high level, and the overall working attributes was at the high level; (3) factors significantly related to the success of the graduates' work performance were age, experience during study, knowledge in and related to the field of the study, working skills, and working attributes, and (4) regarding the opinions and suggestions of the three groups of respondents concerning the program, they stated that the objectives of the program were appropriate; while for the program structure, courses in all components should be increased; student should have a good background in mathematics; instructors should have knowledge and competency in the course they teach; they should also have good teaching techniques; the co-curricular activities were appropriate; more time should be provided for practicum and off-campus study tours; measurement and evaluation of learning were clear; learning aids, buildings and facilities were adequate; and the three most important courses for the future jobs according to the three groups of respondents were the Database Management System, Computer Security, and Database Management | en_US |
