dc.description.abstract	ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 มีพฤติ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการบริหารตามกรอบมาตรฐานการ ปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 (2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติ กรรมการบริหารตามกรอบมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ที่เปิดสอนในช่วงชั้นที่ต่างกันและมีสภาพภูมิศาสตร์ของสถานศึกษาที่ต่างกัน และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาตนเองตามกรอบมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 94 คนและครูผู้สอนจำนวน 212 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 306 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง มีค่าความเที่ยง .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวกรรมการบริหารตามกรอบมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายมาตรฐานก็พบว่า ทุกมาตรฐานมีการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) พฤติกรรมการบริหารตามกรอบมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่เปิดสอนในช่วงชั้นที่ต่างกัน คือ ช่วงชั้นที่ 1-2 , ช่วงชั้นที่ 1-3 และช่วงชั้นที่ 3-4 ไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) พฤติกรรมการบริหารตามกรอบมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีสภาพภูมิศาสตร์ของสถานศึกษาที่ต่างกันคือ สถานศึกษาบนภูเขา และสถานศึกษาบนพื้นราบไม่แตกต่างกัน และ (4) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ส่วนมากเห็นด้วยกับการพัฒนาตนเองให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ตามกรอบมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้วยวิธีการให้ศึกษาต่อในระดับที่สูงขึ้น ให้เข้ารับการประชุม อบรม สัมมนา และได้ศึกษาดูงานจากสถานศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จทางด้านการบริหาร	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to: (1) study administrative behaviors based on work performance standards of basic education School administrators in Tak Educational Service Area 2; (2) compare administrative behaviors based on work performance standards of basic education school administrators in Tak Educational Service Area 2 as classified by level of instruction and geographical location; and (3) study guidelines for self-development based on work performance standards of school administrators in Tak Educational Service Area 2. The research sample totaling 306 school personnel consisted of 94 school administrators and 212 teachers, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a 5-scale rating scale questionnaire, developed by the researcher, with .98 reliability coefficient. Statistics for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. Research findings showed that (1) school administrators in Tak Educational Service Area 2 had overall administrative behavior based on work performance standards at the high level, and when behaviors in each performance standard were considered, it was found that those in every standard were at the high level; (2) administrative behaviors based on work performance standards of administrators of school offering instruction at different levels, namely, levels 1-2, levels 1-3, and levels 3-4 were not significantly different; (3) administrative behaviors based on work performance standards of administrators of school in different geographical locations, namely, schools located in the mountainous area, and schools located in the plain were not significantly different; and (4) the majority of basic education school administrators in Tak Educational Service Area 2 agreed with the methods for self-development to enable them to perform their duty based on work performance standards as follows: further study at the higher level; development via meetings, training, seminars and conference; and study tours of schools that achieved success in administration.	en_US
