| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทครูกับการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรจังหวัดเพชรบุรี เขต 2 ในการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปวันอาทิตย์ที่ 3 กรกฎาคม2554 ที่เป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการซึ่งส่งผลต่อการเลือกตั้ง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) บทบาทครูที่เป็นทางการ คือ การจัดการเลือกตั้งครูมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนการประชาสัมพันธ์การเลือกตั้ง การรณรงค์ลงคะแนนเลือกตั้งครูจัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์การไปใช้สิทธิ์ในหมู่บ้านและชุมชน เป็นคณะกรรมการประจำหน่วยเลือกตั้งดำเนินการตามกฎหมายโดยเคร่งครัด เป็นผู้อำนวยการประจำหน่วยเลือกตั้งวางตัวเป็นกลางเป็นไปตามระเบียบ (2) บทบาทครูที่ไม่เป็นทางการมีความคิดเห็นที่สอดคล้องและแตกต่างกันบางส่วน คือการแสดงความคิดเห็นทางการเมืองกับเพื่อนสนิทวางตัวเป็นกลาง แสดงความคิดเห็นผ่านทางสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ต ความสัมพันธ์กับนักการเมืองที่ลงสมัครรับเลือกตั้ง ส่วนใหญ่มีความสัมพันธ์กับนักการเมืองมีการขอความช่วยเหลือในด้านการสนับสนุนการศึกษา การเป็นฐานคะแนนเสียงทั้งหมดไม่เป็นฐานคะแนนเสียงและวางตัวเป็นกลาง การตัดสินใจเลือกผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้ง เลือกคนดีที่มีความสามารถ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research was to study the official and unofficial roles of teachers that affected the results of the election for a member of parliament representing Zone 2 in Phetchaburi Province on Sunday, 3 July 2011. This was a qualitative research. The sample population consisted of 30 teachers, school administrators and educational personnel in Cha-am District and Tha Yang District, Petchaburi Province. The samples were chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an interview form and were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that (1) Teachers played the following official roles in the election: in election management, teachers participated in election-related education and public relations activities; in campaigning, teachers organized activities in neighborhoods and communities to encourage people to vote; as committee members of polling sites, teachers strictly carried out the law; as directors of polling sites, teachers remained neutral and followed the rules. (2) As for teachers’ unofficial roles in the election, the samples interviewed mostly agreed but some had differing opinions. Most said that when expressing their political views with close friends, they remained neutral. They also expressed political opinions through the Internet. As for relationships with the candidates, most of the teachers said they had asked the candidates to provide support for education. None of the teachers interviewed worked as canvassers for a candidate and all remained neutral. In choosing who to vote for, they chose good and capable candidates | en_US |
