dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตพืชผัก จังหวัดสระบุรี 2) สภาพการผลิตพืชผักและความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตพืชผักตามระบบการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 3) การผลิตพืชผักตามระบบการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 4) การได้รับส่งเสริมและความต้องการการส่งเสริมการผลิตพืชผักตามระบบการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 5) ปัญหาของเกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการผลิตพืชผักตามระบบการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ประชากรในการวิจัยคือเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกพืชผักในจังหวัดสระบุรี ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนและปรับปรุงทะเบียนเกษตรกรปี 2562 จากระบบฐานข้อมูลทะเบียนเกษตรกรกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร จำนวน 775 ราย กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความคลาดเกลื่อน 0.08 ได้ตัวอย่าง 130 ราย ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตพืชผักเฉลี่ย 14.42 ปี จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.99 คน มีรายได้ของครัวเรือน เกษตรกรเฉลี่ย 49,730.77 บาท/ปี รายจ่ายในการผลิตพืชผักเฉลี่ย 20,232.77 บาทปี 2) เกษตรกรในจังหวัดสระบุรีมีการปลูกกะเพรา มีพื้นที่ปลูกพืชผักเฉลี่ย 1.33 ไร่ ไม่ได้เพาะกล้าพันธุ์ก่อนปลูก มีระบบการให้น้ำแบบลากสายยางรด ใส่ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์อย่างเดียว ใช้การป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืชในแปลงแบบวิธีผสมผสาน ควบคุมวัชพืชในแปลงพืชผักโดยการใช้มือถอนหรือจอบถาก จำหน่ายผลผลิตพืชผักเอง และเกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตพืชผักตามระบบการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับมากที่สุด 3) เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตพืชผักมีการปฏิบัติตามหลักการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับมาก 4) เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตพืชผักได้รับการส่งเสริมการผลิตพืชผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับน้อยที่สุด และมีความต้องการการส่งเสริมการผลิตพืชผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับมากที่สุด 5) ปัญหาของเกษตรเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับการผลิตพืชผัก ด้านเนื้อหาในประเด็นสุขลักษณะส่วนบุคคลมากที่สุด และปัญหาด้านวิธีการส่งเสริมการเกษตรประสบปัญหาวิธีการส่งเสริมแบบแบบบุคคลมากที่สุดth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this research were to study 1.) social conditions economic of vegetable production farmers the in Saraburi province 2.) vegetable production and knowledge about vegetable production according to the good agricultural practice system 3.) vegetable production according to the the good agricultural practices 4.) the extension and extension needs for vegetable production according to the good agricultural practices 5.) problems about vegetable production farmer extension according to the good agricultural practices. The population of this research were 775 vegetable production farmers in Saraburi province who registered and modified the farmer register in the year 2019 from the farmer register database system of the department of agricultural extension. The sample size of 130 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula at the error level of 0.08 and simple random sampling method. Data were collected through conducting interview and were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results of the research found out that 1) most of the sample group were female, completed grade 6 of primary school education, and had the average vegetable production experience of 14.42 years. The average members in the household were 3.99 people with the average household income of the farmers was 49,730.77 baht/year and the annual average expenses in the vegetable production investment were 20,232.77 baht/year. 2) Farmers in Saraburi province grow Holy basil. The average vegetable growing area of 1.83 rai was not cultivated before planting. There is a hose watering system. Use only organic fertilizers. Use Combination Pest Control Control weeds in the vegetable field by using a plucking hand or a hoe. Sell their own vegetable crops and vegetable production farmers practice according to the good agricultural practices was at the high level. 3) Vegetable production farmers received the extension in the vegetable production according to the good agricultural practices was at the lowest level. 4) Vegetable production farmers wanted to receive the vegetable production extension according to the good agricultural practices was at the high level. 5)Problem regarding the extension of good agricultural practices in vegetable production was content of the most personal hygiene issues And the problems of agricultural extension methods faced the problem of individual promotion methods the mosten_US
