| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของเกษตรกรกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่มันสําปะหลัง 2) การบริหารจัดการกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่มันสำปะหลัง 3) ปัญหาและความต้องการแนวทางการส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่มันสําปะหลังตำบลหนองโรง อำเภอพนมทวน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยประชากรที่ศึกษาในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คือ เกษตรกรกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่มันสำปะหลังตำบลหนองโรง พ.ศ. 2562 จํานวน 123 คน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและประชากรที่ศึกษาในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบงานแปลงใหญ่และคณะกรรมการกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่มันสำปะหลัง จำนวน 19 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงครบทุกกลุ่มเป็นจํานวน 11 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุดค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดอันดับ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 81.3 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 53.90 ปี ร้อยละ 74.0 จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ระยะเวลาการเข้าเป็นสมาชิกของกลุ่ม เฉลี่ย 2.75 ปี มีรายได้จากภาคการเกษตร เฉลี่ย 32,267.48 บาทต่อปี มีรายได้จากนอกภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 33,478.24 บาทต่อปี และเกษตรกรร้อยละ 94.3 มีแหล่งสินเชื่อจากกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่ 2) เห็นด้วยกับการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่มันสำปะหลังทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การวางแผนการจัดการองค์กร การจัดคนเข้าทํางาน การอ่านวยการ และการควบคุมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มด้านการจัดการองค์กรและด้านการจัดคนเข้าทํางานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาในการส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่ทั้ง 5 ด้านในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด โดยประเด็นที่เป็นปัญหาสูงสุด คือ กลุ่มขาดการร่วมกันวางแผนกิจกรรมกลุ่มที่จะดำเนินการในแต่ละครั้ง โดยเกษตรกรมีความต้องการแนวทางการส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 5 ด้าน โดยประเด็นที่มีความต้องการสูงสุด คือ กลุ่มควรมีการวางแผนด้านการเงิน และด้านงบประมาณของกลุ่มร่วมกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) basic data of farmers of the tapioca collaborative farming groups 2) the administration management of the tapioca collaborative farming groups 3) problems and needs for extension guidelines in the administration management of the tapioca collaborative farming groups in Nong Rong sub-district, Phanom Thuan district, Kanchanaburi province. This research was a mixed method research. The population studied in the quantitative research was 123 farmers of tapioca collaborative farming groups in year 2019 in Nong Rong sub-district, Data was collected from the entire population by using structured interview. Another population studied in the qualitative research was 19 officers who were responsible for collaborative farming work and committees of the tapioca collaborative farming groups. The sample size of 11 people was determined by using purposive sampling from every group. Data was collected from the issues of focus group discussion and was analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and ranking. Qualitative data were analyzed by using content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) 81.3% of farmers were female with the average age of 53.90 years. 74.0% of them completed primary school .The average membership duration of the group was 2.75 years. The average income from the agricultural sector was 32,267.48 Baht per year, with the average income from non agricultural sector of 33,478.24 Baht per year, and 94.3% of farmers had credit source from collaborative farming group. 2) The administration management of tapioca collaborative farming groups consisted of 5 aspects which were planning, organizational management, work recruitment, administration and control, overall, were at the high level with the administration management in the aspects of organizational management and work recruitment at the highest level. 3) Farmers had lowest level problems in the promotion of collaborative farming group administration management in all 5 aspects .The most problematic issue was the lack of co-planning of group activities to be carried out each time. Farmers had the highest need for the management of tapioca collaborative farming group in all five aspects, where the issue with the highest demand was that the group should have financial and fund planning together. | en_US |
