| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในชุมชน เขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพลูตาหลวง อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในชุมชน เขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพลูตาหลวง อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี และ (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในชุมชน เขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพลูตาหลวง อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากร คือ ประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพลูตาหลวง อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 37,206 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากสูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้ 396 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในชุมชน เขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพลูตาหลวง อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในชุมชน เขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพลูตาหลวง อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านการมีจิตอาสา ด้านผู้นำชุมชน ด้านการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ และด้านเจตคติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในชุมชน เขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพลูตาหลวง อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี คือ หน่วยงานภาครัฐควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์อย่างชัดเจนและทั่วถึง ควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมจิตอาสาและโครงการส่งเสริมการให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชน เพื่อเป็นการปลูกฝังค่านิยมให้คนในชุมชนรักท้องถิ่นของตนเอง และเพื่อเป็นการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาขยะมูลฝอยที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to study: (1) The level of popular participation of solid waste management in the community of Plutaluang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province, (2) factors affecting the popular participation of solid waste management in the community of Plutaluang Sub-district Administrative Organization, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province and (3) the guidance for improving the popular participation of solid waste management in the community of Plutaluang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. The research is a quantitative method. The population of this study consists of 37,206 peoples in Plutaluang Sub-district Administrative Organization, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. 396 samples who were calculated by using the formula of Taro Yamane. The instruments in the study was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Multiple Regression analysis. The results of study showed that (1) The level popular participation of solid waste management in Plutaluang Sub-district,Sattahip District, Chonburi Province was at a moderate level. (2) The factors that affected to the popular participation of solid waste management in Plutaluang Sub-district, Sattahip District included the perception of information, the volunteer spirit, the community leader, the government support and the good attitude of people. Over all factors can be used to explain the variation of the public participation by 48.20 percent at a level of statistical significance of 0.05. (3)The guidance for improving the popular participation of solid waste management in Plutaluang Sub-district Administrative Organization, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province including government agencies should have an information clearly and thoroughly, promoting the volunteer activities and public education programs to cultivate the values of people to love their own locality and to manage the sustainable of solid waste problems | en_US |
