| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความรู้ แหล่งความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรของสมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรและที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกร (2) ความคิดเห็นต่อกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกร ต่อการดำเนินงานและต่อการทำกิจกรรมเกษตรของสมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรและที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกร (3) การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานและกิจกรรมเกษตรของสมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรและที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกร (4) ปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะ จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส อุปสรรคและแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ กลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรจังหวัดกระบี่ 64 กลุ่ม สมาชิกยุวเกษตรกร 1,431 คน ที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกร 64 คน คณะกรรมการยุวเกษตรกร 64 กลุ่ม กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้สมาชิกยุวเกษตรกร 233 คน ที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกร 52 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ส่วนคณะกรรมการยุวเกษตรกร 64 คน ทำการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดอันดับ การวิเคราะห์ SWOT และการวิเคราะห์หาความแตกต่างของข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิต t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) สมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้การดำเนินงานกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรในระดับมากที่สุด โดยสมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรและที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกรได้รับความรู้จากแหล่งความรู้จากสื่อบุคคลมากที่สุด (2) สมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรและที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกรมีความคิดเห็นต่อกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกร ต่อการดำเนินงานกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด สมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรมีความคิดเห็นต่อการทำกิจกรรมการเกษตรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกรมีความคิดเห็นต่อการทำกิจกรรมการเกษตรอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานกลุ่ม การมีส่วนร่วมในการทำกิจกรรมการเกษตรของสมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรและที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกรอยู่ในระดับมาก (4) ปัญหาในการดำเนินงานกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรของสมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรและที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกรอยู่ในระดับน้อย แนวทางการพัฒนากลุ่มยุวเกษตรกร ได้แก่ ที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกรและเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมร่วมกันวางแผนการพัฒนากลุ่ม สมาชิกกลุ่มมีส่วนร่วมการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตรให้คำปรึกษาและชี้แนะการดำเนินงานกลุ่ม ส่งเสริมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างสมาชิกรุ่นใหม่และรุ่นเก่า ดูงานจากกลุ่มที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ในเรื่องงบสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เมื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน การมีส่วนร่วมในการทำกิจกรรมการเกษตรระหว่างสมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรและที่ปรึกษายุวเกษตรกร พบว่ามีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญยิ่งทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research is to study the following (1) Sources of information about group dynamics of young farmer group members and advisors (2) Views of young farmer group members and advisors on young farmer groups and the operating procedures and agricultural activities of young farmer groups (3) Participation in operational procedures and agricultural activities by young farmer group members and advisors (4) Problems, suggestions, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, obstacles and guidelines for the potential development of young farmer groups. The population in this study were 64 young farmer groups in Krabi made up of 1431 members, 64 advisors and 64 young farmer group committees. The specific size of the sample group followed the formula of Taro Yamane which gave 233 young farmer group members and 52 advisors. The 64 committee members were selected using a simple random sampling. The data was analysed through frequency distribution, percentage, maximum value, minimum value, average, standard deviation, rankng analysis, SWOT and the analysis of variations in the data using t-test. The results of the research showed that (1) The majority of young farmer group members had the highest level of knowledge about the operating procedures of the young farmer group. The main source of information for members and advisors was individual communication.(2) Members and advisors had the highest opinions of young farmer groups and their operating procedures. Members had the highest opinions of agricultural activities by the groups. Advisors had a high opinion of the agricultural activities of the groups. (3) There was a high level of participation by members and advisors of young farmer groups. (4) Problem: Farmers are at a low level. The guidelines for potential development are as follows.Young farmer group advisors and officers should encourage a group development plan. Members should participate in the operating procedures of the young farmers group on a continuing basis. Officers should promote agriculture, give advice and suggest operating procedures for the group and encourage the exchange of knowledge between new and older members. They should observe the work of other groups that have experienced success and coordinate with different agencies about budget support on a continuing basis.
