dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ เรื่อง การทำเทียนพรรษาอุบลราชธานี สำหรับครูเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 1 ให้มี ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียน จากชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียน จากชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรม คือ ครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 1 จำนวน 39 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลาย ขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ เรื่อง การทำเทียน พรรษาอุบลราชธานี 3 หน่วยประสบการณ์ คือ หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 4 การทำเทียนพรรษา ประเภทมัดรวมติดลาย หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 5 การทำเทียนพรรษาประเภทแกะสลัก และ หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 6 การทำเทียนพรรษาประเภทติดพิมพ์ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการ เผชิญประสบการณ์เป็นแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่มี ต่อชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาประสิทธิภาพ ของชุดฝึกอบรมโดยใช้ E,/E, ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย ประสบการณ์มีประสิทธิภาพตามลำดับ ดังนี้ 79.32/80.60,80.00/78.30 และ 80.50/79.70 เป็นไป ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียนจากชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์มี ความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรม มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this study were to: (1) develop experience-based training packages on Making Buddhist Lent Candles of Ubon Ratchathani for teachers in Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 1 to meet the predetermined efficiency criterion; (2) Study the learning progress of trainees learning from the experience-based training packages; and (3) study the opinions of trainees toward the experience-based training packages. The sample employed for verifying the efficiency of training packages consisted of 39 teachers in schools under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 1, obtained by multi-stage sampling The employed research instruments were (1) three units of experience-based training packages on Making Buddhist Lent Candles of Ubon Ratchathani, namely, Unit 4: Making Bound and Decorated Type of Candle; Unit5: Making Carved Type of Candles; and Unit 6: Making Printed Decoration Type of Candle; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire to assess the trainee's opinions towards the experience-based training packages. Statistics employed for data analysis were the E,/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings were as follows: (1) the three developed unit of the experience-based training packages had efficiency indices of 79.32/80.60,80.00/78.30,and 80.50/79.70 respectively; thus meeting the predetermined efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) the trainees who were trained with the experience-based training packages achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the trainees had opinions that the developed experience-based training packages were appropriate at the high level.en_US
