| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาแบบประเมินความสามารถในการจัดการ เรียนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของครูช่วงชั้นที่ 2 ในโรงเรียนสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบประเมิน ความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของครูช่วง ชั้นที่ 2 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นครูและนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 2 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2551 ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 783 คน ประกอบด้วย ครูวิชาการ 15 คน ครูผู้สอน 9% คน ครูที่เป็นเพื่อนร่วมงานของครูผู้รับการประเมิน 96 คน และนักเรียน 576 คน แบบประเมินที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นมี 4 ฉบับ คือ ฉบับที่ 1 แบบประเมินตนเอง ของครู ฉบับที่ 2 แบบประเมินครูโดยเพื่อนร่วมงาน ฉบับที่ 3 แบบประเมินครูโดยหัวหน้างาน วิชาการ และฉบับที่ 4 แบบประเมินครูโดยนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบประเมิน ได้แก่ ดัชนีความสอดคล้องและสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การพัฒนาแบบประเมินความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนการ สอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของครูช่วงชั้นที่ 2 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 ได้แบบประเมิน 4 ฉบับ คือ ฉบับที่ 1 แบบประเมินตนเอง ของครู จำนวน 35 ข้อ ฉบับที่ 2 แบบประเมินครูโดยเพื่อนร่วมงาน จำนวน 30 ข้อ ฉบับที่ 3 แบบประเมินครูโดยหัวหน้างานวิชาการ จำนวน 30 ข้อ และฉบับที่ 4 แบบประเมินครูโดย นักเรียน จำนวน 32 ข้อ และ (2) แบบประเมินตนเองของครู มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .71 ถึง 1.00 มีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 แบบประเมินครูโดยเพื่อนร่วมงาน มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ระหว่าง .71 ถึง 1.00 มีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 แบบประเมินครูโดยหัวหน้างานวิชาการ มีค่าดัชนี ความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .71 ถึง 1.00 มีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .94 และ แบบประเมินครูโดยนักเรียน มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .57 ถึง 1.00 มีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .92 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to: (1) develop evaluation forms for assessment of the efficient learner-centered instructional management ability of second level teachers in schools under the Office of Narathiwat Educational Service Area 2; and (2) verify quality of the developed evaluation forms for assessment of the efficient learner-centered instructional management ability of second level teachers in schools under the Office of Narathiwat Educational Service Area 2. The research sample comprised 783 teachers and second level students in schools under the Office of Narathiwat Educational Service Area 2 in the 2008 academic year, obtained by multi-stage sampling and classified into 15 academic teachers, 96 classroom teachers, 96 colleagues of the teachers who were being assessed, and 576 students. Four evaluation forms were developed by the researcher. The first form was a self-evaluation form. The second form was a form for teacher evaluation by colleagues. The third form was a form for teacher evaluation by the section heads. The fourth form was a form for teacher evaluation by students. Statistics for verifying the quality of the developed forms were the IOC index, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Research findings revealed that (1) four evaluation forms were developed for assessment of the efficient learner-centered instructional management ability of second level teachers in schools under the Office of Narathiwat Educational Service Area 2: the first form was the 35-item self-evaluation form for teachers; the second form was the 30-item teacher evaluation form by colleagues; the third form was the 30-item teacher evaluation form by section heads; and the fourth form was the 32- item teacher evaluation form by students; and (2) the self-evaluation form for teachers had IOC's ranging from .71 to 1.00 and the reliability coefficient of .93; the teacher evaluation form by colleagues had IOC's ranging from .71 to .93 and reliability coefficient of .93; the teacher evaluation form by section heads had IOC's ranging from .71 to 1.00 and reliability coefficient of .94; and the teacher evaluation form by students had IOC's ranging from .57 to 1.00 and reliability coefficient of.92 | en_US |
