| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการปฏิบัติงานแบบธรรมาภิบาลสำหรับองค์กร นักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมป่ากลาง จังหวัดน่าน ด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม และ (2) ประเมิน ประสิทธิผลการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการปฏิบัติงานแบบธรรมาภิบาล สำหรับองค์กรนักเรียน ด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิง ปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) คณะกรรมการนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมใน กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม จำนวน 40 คน (2) ครูหัวหน้ากิจกรรมนักเรียนและครูที่ปรึกษา คณะกรรมการองค์การนักเรียน จำนวน 3 คน และ (3) นักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมป่ากลาง จำนวน 240 คน เลือกโดยใช้วิธี สุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสอบถามชนิด มาตรประมาณค่า และ แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏว่า (1) ตัวชี้วัดการปฏิบัติงานแบบธรรมาภิบาลสำหรับองค์กรนักเรียนโรงเรียน มัธยมป่ากลาง ที่มีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติ ประกอบไปด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1.1) ด้าน การประพฤติปฏิบัติตน จำนวน 13 ตัวชี้วัด (1.2) ด้านการปฏิบัติงานในลักษณะคณะกรรมการ จำนวน 10 ตัวชี้วัด และ (1.3) ด้านการปฏิบัติงานต่อสังคมและชุมชน จำนวน 4 ตัวชี้วัด รวมทั้งสิ้น 27 ตัวชี้วัด และ (2) ผลการพัฒนา ตัวชี้วัดการปฏิบัติงานแบบธรรมาภิบาล สำหรับองค์กรนักเรียนโดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วน ร่วม พบว่า (2.1) ได้ตัวชี้วัดที่เหมาะสมสอดคล้องตามหลักการธรรมาภิบาลและงานวิจัยทั่วไป (2.2) กลุ่มผู้ร่วม วิจัยมีพัฒนาการด้านพฤติกรรมธรรมาภิบาลสูงขึ้นภายหลังการนำตัวชี้วัดไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยปรากฏ คะแนนผลการประเมินตนเองเมื่อสิ้นภาคเรียนที่ 2 สูงกว่า ภาคเรียนที่ 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่ง สอดคล้องกับผลการประเมินตามการรับรู้ของครูที่ปรึกษาและครูหัวหน้างานกิจกรรม ที่ประเมินว่า กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย หรือคณะกรรมการนักเรียนมีพัฒนาการด้านพฤติกรรมธรรมาภิบาลสูงขึ้น ภายหลังการเข้าร่วมวิจัย และ (2.3) ผล การประเมินการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการนักเรียนตามการรับรู้ของกลุ่มนักเรียนทั่วไป ปรากฏคะแนนการ ปฏิบัติงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 องค์ประกอบ ทุกตัวชี้วัด | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to (1) develop good governance performance indicators for the student organization of Mathayom Paklang School via the participatory action research; and (2) evaluate the effectiveness of the developed good governance performance indicators for the student organization via participatory action research. The sample of informants comprised (1) 40 student organization committee members who took part in the participatory action research, (2) 3 teachers consisting of a student activities head and two consultant teachers of the student organization, and (3) 240 randomly selected students. The employed data collecting instruments included an interview form for focus group discussion, a rating scale questionnaire and a behavior observation form. Data were analyzed using the content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test Research findings revealed that 1) the total number of 27 appropriate and feasible good governance performance indicators were identified for three dimensions of work performance: (1.1) the dimension of self-performance consisting of 13 indicators, (1.2) the dimension of performance as a committee member consisting of 10 indicators, and (1.3) the dimension of work performance for the society and community consisting of 4 indicators; and (2) the outcomes of developing good governance performance indicators via participatory action research for the student organization were as follows: (2.1) the work performance indicators were developed which were appropriate and in congruence with the good governance principles and other research findings, (2.2) after implementing with the work performance indicators, the students who took part in the participatory action research achieved higher level of good governance behaviors as shown by their self-assessment scores at the end of the second semester being significantly higher than their counterpart scores at the end of the first semester at the .05 level, which was in accordance with the assessment results given by the student activities head teacher and two consultant teachers who perceived that after participating in the action research, the students and student organization committee members had shown higher level of good governance behaviors; and (3) the work performance outcomes of student organization committee members, as perceived by the students in general, showed the scores of good governance performance being at the high level in all of the three dimensions and in every indicator | en_US |
