| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก (2) ศึกษาระดับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก กำหนดขนาดกลุมตัวอย่าง โดยใช้การเทียบตารางเครซี่และมอร์แกน ได้จำนวนกลุมตัวอย่าง 293 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มโดยคำนวณสัดส่วนตามอำเภอที่ตั้งของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารและทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครูมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .89 และ .84 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับ ค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้นการกำกับ ติดตามและประเมินความก้าวหน้าของผู้เรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศทางวิชาการ ด้านการกำหนดภารกิจของโรงเรียน ด้านการนิเทศการสอน และด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรและการสอน (2) ทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับ ค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์และคิดเชิงสร้างสรค์ และทักษะชีวิตและการทำงาน และ (3) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครูในระดับสูงมากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .91 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area; (2) to study the level of skills in the 21st Century of teachers under the Office of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area; and (3) to study the relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and skills in the 21st Century of teachers under the Office of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area. The research sample consisted of 293 teachers under the Office of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area, obtained by stratified random sampling proportionate to the districts in which the schools are located. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on academic leadership of school administrator and skills in the 21st Century of teacher, with reliability coefficients of .89 and .84 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Research findings showed that (1) the overall academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area was rated at the highest level; the specific aspects of academic leadership could be ranked based on their rating means from top to bottom as follows: the aspect of monitoring, follow-up and evaluation of learners’ learning progress; that of promotion of academic climate; that of determination of the school’s functions; that of supervision of instruction; and that of curriculum and instruction administration, respectively; (2) both the overall and specific skills in the 21st Century of teachers under the Office of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area were rated at the highest level; the specific skills in the 21st Century of teachers could be ranked based on their rating means from top to bottom as follows: the information, media and technology skill; the critical and creative thinking skill; and the life and work skill, respectively; and (3) academic leadership of the school administrators and skills in the 21st Century of teachers correlated positively at the very high level with the correlation coefficient of .91, which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance. | en_US |
