| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างแบบประเมินการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์และ เขียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาแพร่ เขต 1 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบประเมินการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ และเขียน ที่พัฒนาขึ้นนั้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษา แพร่ เขต 1 จำนวน 368 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบประเมินการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ และเขียน ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 สถิติที่ใช้ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือได้แก่ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ความยาก อำนาจจำแนก สัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) แบบประเมินการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนของนักเรียนชั้น ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาแพร่ เขต 1 ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีจำนวน 10 ข้อ เป็นแบบเขียนตอบ และมีเกณฑ์การให้คะแนนแบบรูบริค 4 ระดับคือ 3 2 1 และ 0 และ (2) แบบประเมินการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ระหว่าง .80 - 1.00 มีค่าความยาก ระหว่าง .37 -. 65 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .45 -. 66 ความตรง เชิงโครงสร้างใช้เทคนิคกลุ่มรู้ชัด มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .64 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to (1) develop an evaluation form for assessment of reading, analytical thinking and writing skills of Prathom Suksa III students under the Office of Phrae Educational Service Area 1; and (2) verify the quality of the developed evaluation form for assessment of reading, analytical thinking and writing skills. The research sample consisted of 368 Prathom Suksa III students obtained by stratified random sampling from schools under the Office of Phrae Educational Service Area 1. The employed research instrument was an evaluation form for assessment of reading, analytical thinking and writing skills of Prathom Suksa III students. The employed statistics for quality verification of the instrument were the index of item-objective congruence (IOC), difficulty index (P), discrimination index (r), Pearson correlation coefficient, and t-test. Research findings revealed that (1) the developed evaluation form for assessment of reading, analytical thinking and writing skills of Prathom Suksa III students under the Office of Phrae Educational Service Area 1 was an essay type test consisting of 10 items, with four levels rubric scoring: 3, 2, 1, and 0; and (2) the evaluation form for assessment of reading, analytical thinking and writing skills had content validity as shown by the IOCs ranging from .80-1.00; its difficulty indices ranged from .37 - .65; its discrimination indices ranged from .45 - .66; it had construct validity as verified by the known-group technique which showed significant difference at the .05 level; and it had reliability coefficient of .64 | en_US |
