| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจและสังคมของเกษตรกรศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร (ศพก.) (2) ความรู้ การรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร และความคาดหวังจากการมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกรในการดำเนินงานของ ศพก. (3) การมีส่วนร่วมและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกรในการดำเนินงาน ศพก.(4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกรในการดำเนินงาน ศพก. การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ เกษตรกรที่ผ่านการอบรมใน ศพก. จังหวัดอุทัยธานี จำนวน 240 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรคำนวณของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้จำนวน 150 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายโดยการจับสลากตามรายชื่อเกษตรกร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดอันดับ ไคสแควร์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 52.7 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 50.89 ปี ร้อยละ 34.7 จบประถมศึกษามีประสบการณ์ในการทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 22.96 ปี มีการถือครองที่ดินเฉลี่ย 31.93 ไร่ มีรายได้จากภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 173,329.33 บาทต่อปี มีรายได้นอกภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 73,019.82 บาทต่อปี มีจำนวนแรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2.33 คน ได้รับการอบรมจากศพก. เฉลี่ย 4.21 ครั้งปี (2) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 50.0 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับศพก. และการดำเนินกิจกรรมของศพก. ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 73.3 รับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ เฉลี่ย 5.21 ครั้งปี เกษตรกรเห็นว่าข่าวสารที่ได้รับจากศพก. มีเนื้อหาเป็นประโยชน์ตรงกับความต้องการเป็นเรื่องที่น่าสนใจ และเนื้อหามีความรวดเร็วทันต่อเหตุการณ์อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.06) เกษตรกรมีความคาดหวังจากการมีส่วนร่วมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.68) (3) เกษตรกรมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของ ศพก. ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.79) โดยปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกรในการดำเนินงานของ ศพก. พบว่า สถานภาพทางสังคม จำนวนครั้งที่เข้ารับการอบรม และความถี่ในการรับข่าวสารมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (4) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของ ศพก. ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.30) โดยเกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับข้อเสนอแนะในการมีส่วนร่วมในด้านต่างๆ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.81) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of the research were to study (1) personal, economic, and social factors of farmers in Agricultural Learning Center (ALC), (2) knowledge, information perception, and expectation from participating in the operation of the ALC of farmers, (3) participation and factors related to the participation of farmers in the operation of the ALC, and (4) problems and suggestions towards participation of farmers in the operation of the ALC. This study was a survey research.The population was 240 farmers who attended the training in the Agricultural Learning Center of Uthai Thani province. The sample size of 150 people was determined by Taro Yamane formula with an error value of 0.05 and selected by simple random sampling method by farmers name lottery. Data were collected through conducting interview. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, ranking, chi-square, and correlation coefficient. The results showed that (1) 52.7% of farmers were female with the average age of 50.89 years. 34.7% completed compulsory primary education level with the average experience in agricultural field of 22.96 years and owned the land on average of 31.93 rai. The average income from agricultural sector was 173,329.33 baht per year while the average income outside of the agricultural sector was 73,019.82 baht per year. The average labors in the household were 2.33 persons. The average trainings from the ALC was 4.21 times per year. (2) 50.0% of farmers had knowledge about the ALC and its operation at the moderate level. 73.3 % received information and news from government officers on average of 5.21 times per year. The news received from the ALC was beneficial, matched with the needs, interesting, and up-to-date with the current situation was indicated at the high level (Mean = 4.06). The expectation in the participation was at a high level (Mean = 3.68). (3) Farmers’ participation in the operation of the ALC in general was at the moderate level (Mean = 2.79). Social status, the number of training attendance, and the frequency of receiving information were related to the participation of farmers in the operation of the ALC statistically significant value at the level 0.05. (4) The problems about the participation in the operation of the ALC in general were at the low level (Mean = 2.30).
