| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการสื่อสารบนเครื่องบินสำหรับพนักงานต้อนรับเครื่องบิน บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการสื่อสารบนเครื่องบินสำหรับพนักงานต้อนรับเครื่องบิน บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของพนักงานต้อนรับเครื่องบินที่มีต่อการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการสื่อสารบนเครื่องบินสำหรับพนักงานต้อนรับเครื่องบิน บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาความต้องการอบรมหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการสื่อสารบนเครื่องบินสำหรับพนักงานต้อนรับเครื่องบิน บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานต้อนรับเครื่องบิน จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการอบรมหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการสื่อสารบนเครื่องบินสำหรับพนักงานต้อนรับเครื่องบิน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการสื่อสารบนเครื่องบิน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แนวทางการสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรจำนวน 12 คน ขั้นตอน 3 ประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการสื่อสารบนเครื่องบินสำหรับพนักงานต้อนรับเครื่องบิน โดยทดลองใช้หลักสูตรกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 12 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการอบรม และ (2) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการสื่อสารบนเครื่องบินสำหรับพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการและเหตุผล วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา กิจกรรม สื่อประกอบการฝึกอบรม และการประเมินผล (2) ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรพบว่า หลังการอบรมผู้เข้าอบรมมีความก้าวหน้าทางการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ผู้เข้าอบรมมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมในระดับมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to develop a French language for in-flight communication training program for cabin crew of Thai Airways Public Company Limited; (2) to try out the French language for in-flight communication training program for cabin crew of Thai Airways Public Company Limited; and (3) to study the opinions of the cabin crew towards the French language for in-flight communication training program for cabin crew of Thai Airways Public Company Limited. The research process was divided into 3 stages. Stage 1 was a study of the needs for the French language for in-flight communication training program. The research sample consisted of 60 cabin crew members. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs for the French language for in-flight communication training program. Stage 2 was the development of the French language for in-flight communication training program. The research instruments were a draft for the French language for in-flight communication training program and a form containing group discussion guidelines. Research informants were 12 experts on curriculum development. Stage 3 was the evaluation of the French language for in-flight communication training program. The program was tried out with a research sample consisting of 12 purposively selected flight attendants. The employed research instruments were (1) the developed French language for in-flight communication training program; (2) an achievement test for pre-testing and posttesting; and (3) a questionnaire on opinions toward the French language for in-flight communication training program. Data were analyzed with the use of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings showed that (1) the developed French language for in-flight communication training program for cabin crew of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited was composed of the following components: rationale, objectives, contents, activities, training media, and evaluation; (2) as for tryout results of the developed training program, it was found that the post-training learning achievement of the trainees was significantly higher than their pre-training counterpart achievement at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (3) the trainees had opinions that the training program was appropriate at the high level | en_US |
