| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู และ 4) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร ปีการศึกษา 2563 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 327 คน จากนั้นทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 และ .96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านความรู้ทางกฎหมายและจริยธรรมด้านเทคโนโลยี ด้านการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ครูสามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านความรู้ความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ด้านเทคโนโลยี ตามลำดับ (2) ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับรายด้านดังนี้ ด้านความรู้ทางกฎหมายและจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีจัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านความรู้ความสามารถด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีพื้นฐาน ด้านการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนและพัฒนาสื่อเทคโนโลยี และด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์เพื่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียน ตามลำดับ (3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีผลต่อความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ครูสามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านความรู้ความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา และด้านความรู้ทางกฎหมายและจริยธรรมด้านเทคโนโลยี โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูได้ร้อยละ 48.5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of technological leadership of school administrators; (2) to study the level of ability to use technology for learning management of teachers; (3) to study the relationship between technological leadership of school administrators and ability to use technology for learning management of teachers; and (4) to study the influence of technological leadership of school administrators on ability to use technology for learning management of teachers in Surat Thani province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon. The research sample consisted of 327 teachers from schools in Surat Thani province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon during the 2020 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on technological leadership of school administrators and ability to use technology for learning management of teachers, with reliability coefficients of .98 and .96 respectively. The statistics used in this research were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results were as follows: (1) both the overall and specific aspects of technological leadership of the school administrators were rated at the high level; specific aspects of technological leadership could be ranked based on their rating means from top to bottom as follows: the aspect of legal and ethical knowledge of technology; the aspect of supporting and encouraging teachers to use technology in instructional management; the aspect of knowledge and ability of educational technology; the aspect of using technology in educational measurement and evaluation; the aspect of using technology in learning management; and the aspect of having vision on technology, respectively; (2) the overall ability to use technology for learning management of the teachers was rated at the high level; specific aspects of the teachers’ ability to use technology for learning management could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: the aspect of legal and ethical knowledge of using technology for learning management; the aspect of using technology for instructional process management; the aspect of knowledge and ability of using basic technology; the aspect of designing instructional management and development of technological media; and the aspect of having a vision for learner development, respectively; (3) the school administrators’ technological leadership and the teachers’ ability to use technology for learning management correlated positively at the high level, which was significant at the .01 level; and (4) the aspects of school administrators’ technological leadership affecting the teachers’ ability to use technology for learning management were that of supporting and encouraging teachers to use technology in instructional management, that of knowledge and ability of educational technology, and that of legal and ethical knowledge of technology; all of these aspects could be combined to predict the teachers’ ability to use technology for learning management by 48.5 %, which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance | en_US |
