| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การจัดการฟาร์มตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับฟาร์มโคนม 2) ปัญหาในการจัดการฟาร์มตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับฟาร์มโคนม และ 3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับฟาร์มโคนมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์โคนมแม่โจ้ จำกัด อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ สหกรณ์โคนมที่ต้องการส่งเสริมสมาชิกให้ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับฟาร์มโคนมในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 9 สหกรณ์ ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster sampling) คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์โคนมแม่โจ้ จำกัด จำนวน 68 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคนมมีการจัดการฟาร์มตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับฟาร์มโคนม 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ องค์ประกอบฟาร์ม การจัดการฟาร์ม บุคลากร สุขภาพสัตว์ สวัสดิภาพสัตว์ สิ่งแวดล้อม และการบันทึกข้อมูล ร้อยละ 91.84, 91.54, 95.22, 98.04, 100, 88.97 และ 86.03 ตามลำดับ 2) ปัญหาในการจัดการฟาร์มตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับฟาร์มโคนม พบว่า เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคนมมีปัญหาองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม การจัดการฟาร์ม บุคลากร สุขภาพสัตว์ สวัสดิภาพสัตว์ สิ่งแวดล้อม และการบันทึกข้อมูล ในระดับน้อยที่สุด 1.16±0.42, 1.19±0.48, 1.07±0.21, 1.02±0.08, 1.00±0.00, 1.20±0.59 และ1.15±0.37 ตามลำดับ และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการฟาร์มตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับฟาร์มโคนม ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ p<0.05 คือ เพศมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม และการบันทึกข้อมูล อายุมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม การจัดการฟาร์ม และการบันทึกข้อมูล อาชีพหลักมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม และการบันทึกข้อมูล อาชีพเสริมมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม ประสบการณ์ในการเลี้ยงโคนม มีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม การจัดการฟาร์ม และบุคลากร พื้นที่ฟาร์มมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม และการจัดการฟาร์ม เงินทุนที่ใช้ในการเลี้ยงโคมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม จำนวนโคนมที่เลี้ยงมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม การจัดการฟาร์ม บุคลากร สุขภาพสัตว์ และสิ่งแวดล้อม การได้มาของโคนมในฟาร์มมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม การจัดการฟาร์ม และบุคลากร และจำนวนแรงงาน ในการเลี้ยงโคนมมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบฟาร์ม และการจัดการฟาร์ม | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were study 1) Farm management follow to Good Agricultural Practices for Dairy Cattle Farm 2) Problem of farm management follow to Good Agricultural Practices for Dairy Cattle Farm 3) Factors that related to practicing follow Good Agricultural Practices for Dairy Cattle Farm of Members of Maejo Dairy Cooperative Limited, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province This research was survey research. The population was nine dairy cooperatives in Chiang Mai Province that wanted to promote their members to be GAP certified. The sampling was done using cluster sampling and the sample comprised 68 members of the Maejo Dairy Cooperative Limited. The research tool was a questionnaire. All data were analyzed by using mean, percentage, max, min, standard deviation and Pearson’ Chi-square test. The research results showed that 1) Farmers’ farm management followed the 7 topics of Good Agricultural Practices for Dairy Cattle Farm (farm component, farm management, personnel, animal health, animal welfare, environment and data collection) to the degree of 91.84%, 91.54%, 95.22%, 98.04%, 100%, 88.97% and 86.03% respectively. 2) Farmers’ problems with good agricultural practices for dairy farms were found to be at the lowest level for the topics of farm management, farm component, personnel, animal health, animal welfare, environment and data collection 1.16±0.42, 1.19±0.48, 1.07±0.21, 1.02±0.08, 1.00±0.00, 1.20±0.59 and 1.15±0.37 respectively. 3) Some factors were related to farm management following GAP at the significance level p<0.05: sex was related to farm component and data collection; age was related to farm component, farm management and data collection; main occupation was related to farm component and data collection; additional occupation was related to farm component; experience was related to farm component, farm management and personnel; farm area was related to farm component and farm management; capital was related to farm component; numbers of cow was related to farm component, farm management, personnel, animal health and environment; source of cow was related to farm component, farm management and personnel; and numbers of laborers was related to farm component and farm management | en_US |
